Very disappointed 😞 I wish i can give a -0 star. I went there last week to get my phone fixed because it dropped and kept going on and off. Upon arrival at the store I asked the repairer if he can fix it and he said yes, he checked the phone and said to give him 15min. After that he said the phone is done, the screen light came back on I asked what the issue was and he said because I dropped it. When I got home the phone wasn't turning on, so I went back the following day the store wasnt opened but when i looked up on their website it said they open on Saturdays so i hanged around the wallmart store until it was 12pm they never showed up. So I went back on Monday and he said they opened late on the Saturday because of traffic. I gave him the phone and again he said to give him 15min. To cut long story short i went back and forth that week because the phone never worked .so this time he said I would have to come get it the next day. I went back the next 2 days and as usual he showed me the phone screen it was on, and this time around I did not even get to my house, the phone went off again so I had to buy a new phone because I needed it for important stuff. I am highly disappointed in them and I do not believe in their reviews because they force you to write a review after they are done fixing a phone which will go off when you get home....

I brought in an iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd generation tablet which needed a new battery and had a faulty charge port. They fixed both issues; replaced the battery completely with a brand new one and now my ipad pro works as if it was brand new again. I am very pleased with the repair. I need my tablet and I was considering buying a brand new ipad air which would have costed me $900 for the 13" model but even the newest ipad air doesn't compare to the quality and smooth functionality of my ipad pro 12.9 from 2018.

My only issue with the repair shop was that I was told many times that the cost of the new battery and charge port replacement would be $260. So I made sure to have $260 put aside for this repair. But when I came to pick it up there were taxes and fees that brought the total repair cost to $281. I understand the taxes and fees but it would have been nice to at least been told ahead of time that there would be tax and fees on top of the repair cost. I wouldn't have minded that but it felt kinda like the additional tax and fees were deliberately hidden from me for some reason. As I said, I was reminded more than 3 times that the repair cost would be $260 total so that's what I had set aside.
