An hour before our event ended the young lady at the counter would continuously come by every 15 minutes and tap her watch. Rushing us out the door, we were forced to leave alcohol behind. Not only was she rude, but she was also extremely unprofessional, trapsing through our event to go to the kitchen like she owned the place. While making gestures and comments to our guests, she would scold the event coordinator. We should have guessed this is how the event would unfold when we paid the deposit. Never have I been to a place that would not refund your money in the event of a natural disaster. And from the lead director of the Center for the Arts, Mrs. Kim White, I've seen patience and dedication. The downtown Panama City, Center for the arts, in my eyes, is a landmark. The art defines the culture of Panama City. And adds to more culture of downtown itself.
