March 2025:
Panama City Farmer's Market is a splendid outing for a Saturday morning. Located at McKenzie Park in the historic downtown Panama City, the event is every Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00PM.
This outdoor market has a great vibe of eclectic artisans, bakers, musicians, and farmers. The vendors are hometown friendly and excited to share their interests with anyone willing to listen.
Today, I found two vendors that sparked my interest. The Redemption Mill and Baysic Outdoor Furniture.
Redemption Mill salvaged wood from Hurricane Michael's wrath. They can even tell you where some of the wood came from. The woodworking is intricate, using different wood tones to create the beautiful designs. I think this crafter's favorite creation was his popgun. It was like a toy reminiscent from his childhood.
Baysic Outdoor Furniture creates durable outdoor furniture from Cypress. The products were beautifully crafted and reasonably priced.
The fresh produce was limited, but considering the season, this would be understandable.
This is a very small farmer's market. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but free.
Grab a lemonade, take a walk in the park, and listen...

Opportunities for photographs to create memories numerous. Somewhat organized with food trucks and tents grouped together, but if you are going for fresh produce, the vendors could be wedged between a clothing boutique and a soap maker. All places I stopped at took credit cards. Parking can be a challenge, so wear comfortable walking shoes. Stores downtown were open mostly and fun to retreat into them on the walk to the market. Market spans several streets. Runs 8 am to 1. Lots to see. I will...
Read moreDefinitely the best market I have seen in awhile. This market has just about everything. It’s not just your five minute walk through. You can find fresh veggies all the way to a tote bag to carry it home. Amazing pickles my favorite is the sweet and spicy. They have local honey the honey straws are awesome. Arts and crafts and more. They even thought of the fur babies with some treats for them as well. I can go on and on. Definitely a five star market for what I seen.
