We needed a new couch for a while now and went in on a whim. I'm so glad we did as Eiman showed us multiple different couches. She was very patient and provided us with measurements, pricing, and pictures of any couches that weren't on the floor, but had loveseats and other paired furniture that we could use for reference. We had to leave and come back later to which she was very accomodating and showed a few more items. My family and I decided on a couch and side table which were very affordable. We settled on one that was supposed to be in the back, but hadn't been. Despite the error, Eiman took initiative by placing an order for the couch and immediately calling us to let us know of the issue, that delivery would take an extra day, but she already ordered a new one. This was no issue for us given the entire time she was in constant contact with us and the delivery men were quick with hauling the old couch out and assembling the new one. I would heavily recommend them and we'll be going back to them the next time we need...

I feel like, shopping at this family-owned and operated furniture store has introduced me to a new standard of quality and customer service! I have always dreaded walking into a furniture store and feeling obliged to belong to the first sales person making contact with me upon entry. It makes me want to hurry through the store without stopping to look at anything, and asking questions of a different sales person is betrayal.
