Northwoods Cheese Haus — Attraction in Papillion

I believed myself to be an atheist to the cheese gods but this cheese has opened my third eye to the world of cheese. Never before would i ever consider forming a religion based only around cheese but tasting that spicy pepper jack has rewritten my entire brain. I can now smell colors and communicate with aliens thanks to this cheese. The cheddar cheese reminds me of a beautiful summers day in Paris, absolutely divine. This is cheese that I will share with my children and their children and so on. This cheese has given me will to keep on fighting, to keep going in search of new cheeses. It pains me that I am only capable of leaving a 5 star review when in reality, I should be able to leave a star for every single flavor of cheese in this haus. The very smell of this cheese brings me joy that is beyond compare, the only other time I have felt such joy is never. You have changed me. This place is awesome! They have an excellent variety of high quality cheese, cheese spreads, sausage, etc. They always have samples out to try which makes it very difficult to make a decision on what to get because it's all so delicious!

But, aside from the cheese, my favorite part about going in here is the staff. It's rare these days to find a place where the staff actually cares. But all the staff here is friendly, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable about their products. They go to great lengths to make sure you find what you are looking for and make sure you leave happy. A lot of places need to take notes from these guys on how to...

I picked up a loaf of sour dough bread the other day. It was fresh baked that morning. But when I bring it home, it actually was so hard and even the inside was tough. I know what sour dough bread looks and feels like and this one seemed at least a couple days old. I paid just over $15 for the one loaf!!!!! Not worth it. Also, there were parts of the loaf with large balls of unincorporated flour. This was a terrible purchase and even if it was terrific, one loaf is NOT worth the ridiculous...
