I’m frustrated in customer service received. Sign posted said blue jeans on sale tried on 10 pair picked out 6 that fit. Was told didn’t go on sale to tomorrow it was 45 minutes till closing and at the time I was shopping didn’t realize sale not starting till 7-30-25 . Manager said could not adjust price but cashier suggest bagging up jeans and they would save till tomorrow evening. When I returned to purchase jeans next day and had picked up a couple other items I was told by the cashier from previous day she was instructed by management to return jeans to shelves they were doing inventory and couldn’t hold jeans. Spoke to assistant manager he said that was the way it was no apology. Another company that doesn’t care about customers just lazy management wanting to draw a paycheck. If u are a Hispanic Elderly , Disabled woman do not shop there . I was disrespected and humiliated at their store . There return policies are horrendous, U get so frustrated with their training young women who laugh at you when u complain about their policy. And still kept laughing after I showed displeasure , I told them they should be ashamed of themselves , I was the only Latin person there , the older lady there tried to help me and she was serious to help me , Dave u have your hands full that young lady today needed to have sensitivity training for elderly , disabled , Latin humans I went a total of two times and they are not close to me , when I asked Dave to send it to Me by mail , Said couldn’t do it .
