The only reason I gave a 1 star is bc the price for everything there is extremely too high. I work in a restaurant.I would never think about charging somebody 8 dollars for a frozen drink. That's insane 😳 also, everything in the fun shop. I can go buy at walmart in a big bag.That you're charging me three dollars for a little toy. I think it's like $10 to play in the little kids. Plaything that y'all just put up, that's ridiculous. Y'all are extremely too expensive. You wonder why you're not busy? You can get a pizza at my job for 10 bucks. The pizza ad skaters' choice is just for cheese.I want to say 12. When I work at a restaurant, I understand money. I understand the food cost. I get it, but y'all are price gouging. This is a place where people should be able to bring their children and be able to afford to hang out and have a good time. Maybe if you lowered some prices, you would get more business! The skating rink is very clean. Everybody that works there is awesome, but the owners don't see the problem! I'm sure you don't read the reviews, but they're important. You can go to the gas station and get a drink way cheaper than you can there... just because minimum wage went up, does it mean you charge eight bucks for an icee. I’ve been going here since I was probably 12. When I was little, I loved this place and the management. I’m 20 years old now, I walked in and was getting my ticket. I had my shirt tied, so a very SMALL part of my stomach was showing. This woman behind the counter (I’m assuming the manager) proceeded to look at me and tell me what I was wearing wasn’t appropriate. She told me that I wasn’t allowed to go inside looking like “that.” Also yelled at her staff because he did not say anything to me about my clothing. I wasn't wearing anything that was inappropriate, just had a long shirt that I tied into a knot. I hope that she doesn’t speak to any other young girls like that as it’s not her place to tell ANYONE what they should and shouldn’t wear. I also did not see a dress code anywhere, so how am I suppose to know that a tied shirt is not allowed. Incredibly unprofessional of the manager. If she would’ve politely told me, I would have not had a problem untying my shirt. Despite the manager, it’s a great place for kids. The younger staff were much more polite...

Honestly i would give this place 0 stars! Lets be real, i got finessed. Me and my brother happened to decide to go skating, we get here & the worker at the register was rude & then asked if we were paying separate, i responded yes. Long story short, i had noticed i paid for both me & my brother. Strike 1! Even though the skating rink closed in the next 45 minutes, we paid full price, instead of turning us around or giving a discount. By the way its about 8:15/8:20pm and we thought it closed later than 9pm, so by the time we finally get our skates and get them on our feet we hear one of the workers say “we’ll be closing in 10 minutes”... STRIKE 2. Not only that, i wanted speed skates but i ended up with the regular skates, STRIKE 3! I've been going to this skating rink for YEARS! This has been my worst experience at any skating rink i have ever been to & i surely will not be back. A...
