(Edit) Please reconsider moving here or visiting the property. Since my initial review the management and Sec.8 specialist has changed and the "property manager" has engaged in an unethical campaign to mistreat me, undermine and destroy my reputation and willfully violated my privacy by disclosing and dispensing medical information to Pasadena Police dept. and the Housing Authority representatives without my permission, Illegally entering my unit without my expressed permission, and forcefully having the fire department enter under the guise of putting out a "fire" so she could- 'see what was going on in the unit'. (They broke in and woke me up out of a dead sleep- I was TERRIFIED). Angela Romero also served me with a notice stating that she has detailed proof of what I was doing in the lobby restrooms....HOW??? (THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A MINUTE). I WILL update and POST more here as the situation progresses. The Andalucia is NOT a place you want to live -period. I have proof.
I'm super excited and extremely grateful to have moved into The Andalucia in Pasadena's Playhouse District. I have never known the level of service and real honest sincerity that Ed-Lena Lemos and her staff have shown. Ed-Lena is a consummate professional and has gone out of her way to make sure that I have everything I need -when I need it. She always follows up when I have a question or concern. Ed-Lena was my first point of contact here at this amazing property. She has stayed the course and made sure I got settled into my little penthouse in the sky with ease. The command I have seen her demonstrate at multi-tasking when she is the ONLY person in the office is one of a kind. She does all this and more with grace and a smile. Thank you Ed-Lena and Andalucia for making my apartment... my home. The property is clean, quiet, and friendly. Andalucia boasts amenities like a magnificent common room, terraces, outdoor fireplaces and eating areas, on site retail, subterranean parking and 24hr security!...
Read moreWe have lived at the Andalucia for five years and can say without reservation that the current staff has met all our expectations â and more.
A special shoutout to Dickson, maintenance technician. Dickson first impressed us with his diligence in figuring out why our dishwasher had stopped working. It all came down to a toothpickâŚblocking the flow of water.
Next came the air-conditioner which needed adjusting, then a smoke detector which set off a high-pitched alarm when there was no smoke in the apartment. Dickson decided it was best to replace not only the detector that was obviously defective but all of the smoke detectors in our unit that came from the same batch â just to be sure. (And now all of the batteries can be changed at the same time, as recommended, once a year.)
Dickson works on Saturdays. This means that there is someone from the maintenance team on call six days a week (and there is an emergency number residents can call during off-hours.) This gives us peace of mind.
Our thanks to Dickson and all of the maintenance...
Read moreI cannot say enough good things about my experience working with the staff at the Andalucia, especially Stephanie and Liesha! From the very beginning of my application process, they have been nothing short of amazing. Due to personal circumstances, I was fairly stressed as I navigated the application process; however, thanks to their constant kindness, patience, and responsiveness, it has been so much easier to manage.
Both Stephanie and Liesha have gone above and beyond to ensure I feel supported and informed every step of the way. Theyâve taken the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how small, and have treated me with genuine warmth and care. Itâs clear that they truly care about the people they work with, and that level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.
Thank you both for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth, personal, and even enjoyable. Iâm so grateful for your help and so impressed with the incredible service youâve provided. Stephanie and Liesha, youâre the...
