Good Food Market — Attraction in Pasadena

This market used to be a gem for all sorts of products. Especially, if you like to cook Greek or Middle Eastern foods. Unfortunately, they did not adapt to COVID times, let customers in to the store without mask, despite the fact that they have a huge poster on the entrance urging people to wear masks, but not following through, preferring profit over customer health. The first time a total of three people without masks were inside the store, I went again during Covid giving them the benefit of the doubt, the second time the cashier did not wear her mask properly, and a man was coughing, and spreading his germs around the tiny store not wearing a mask. The employees working in the meat section were cutting meat not wearing masks. Causing serious health hazards. Sadly, I will not be going back there again even after COVID. After entering the market, you'll see a large display of deli meat, sausages, salami, cheese and breads are tended to by a friendly butcher ready to take orders.

Fresh cut meat is available from the butcher at the rear of the market.

The center of the market is home to several isles of pantry items. Jams and condiments, tea and spices, candies and nuts, canned goods, bottled juice, oils and sauces. This market offers a good selection of products from Russia, Lebanon, Georgia, Armenia, Turkey and eastern Europe.
