Terrible experience TWICE. The first time I ordered a veggie sandwich to go. I ended up throwing it away because the veggies were moldy. I called the manager and he respectfully offered to replace it "anytime" (his words). So I did (mostly out of principle)... only to be met by staff who questioned my intentions, reluctantly started making my replacement sandwich, and then reneged by saying that "come by anytime" didn't really mean "anytime." I had a receipt that faded because it's on fax paper, so it was hard to read. But clearly, I had paid for a sandwich and even wrote down on the receipt the manager's name as reference. Instead of letting me know they were out, she took out the insert at the bottom of the tray and scrapped the soggy dirty onions pieces under off the bottom and put them on my sandwich ignoring my hasty "that's ok never mind the onions" once I saw her doing it. I did pay for the sandwich because people behind me were waiting but couldn't eat it after seeing that. Needless to say I won't...
