Mario Used Cars — Attraction in Pasadena

I really wish i could leave no stars the news needs to come check them out the worst place to get anything from. They are for one paying a guy ro advertise their cars on Instagram. He goes by trillahdank which hop from different dealerships driving thee cars that they are supposed to be selling running errands for the ppl in thee company in different cars he is just as sad as them. Cars are bought from and auction and the.they try to fix the problems they think customers will bypass just to sell again. They will lie and tell you they will work with you just to say i never said that when it comes to speaking to Mr. Tony he is the youngest con artist and has no manners nor customer service. Cars are lemons and they love ripping people off. I purchased my car from them and the check engine light came on as soon as i left the lot. I text Jesse which i still have every message he text me about my vehicle and he seems like he know they sell buss down cars but is afraid of his superior.They had closed so i called the next day to speak to someone and they told me sold as is. The car had a knocking in the engine jusst three days later. My catalytic converters are worn out need two sensors which costs over 100 $ each. A blown head gasket and they told me to fix it and still pay 500 a month on a car which value is only 8500 had me paying so much for a broke down car. When i told them the car turned off on me they stated it was once again nothing to do. Their mechanic tries to insult your intelligence by telling you its nothing major and he could fix it. To bad i did take it to an mechanic where he told me exactly whats wrong. When i ask could they fix the issue they told me its my problem to fix it. Marbelle is the worst women to talk to there she think because you look black you dont understand Spanish. To bad im fluent and everything was recorded not only on my end but 3 others as well my attorney is looking into suing this company for many reasons. Mario and company think next time before you hire such individuals to try and represent youre company and sell bust down cars to people. I cant wait to see this place close down and all of them are unemployed especially the one that goes by Marbelle tony and that one that is...

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle....outstand customer service from Jesse who goes above and beyond. Great vehicles...easy to work with. Love these people!

UPDATE: So many problems with this truck! They fixed the catalytic converter because the engine light came on less than 24 hours of the purchase. Then it needed rotors, tires, a/c making a loud noise, popping/squealing noise coming from the front end, new battery, no antenna....I could go on and on about the problems with it. Haney said he would defer a payment on it...thank you. I asked over and over to be put into a different vehicle and was told that on top of my $5500 down payment on the bad truck that I would need another $10k down....really? Now I'm a repeat customer....this is my 4th purchase from them...all had problems but not to this extent. I am due a two week payment and have another coming up and instead of just giving me a courtesy call....THEY REPO'ed my vehicle 75 miles from home, left me stranded and want $1500 to get the crap truck back. So with repairs this truck will cost me $8k in 6 weeks if I want it back and if I can find a way to get home...considering I'm still stranded 75 miles from home.

I'm VERY surprised to be treated this way considering I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years...the first vehicle the office girl stole our payments...good thing I had receipts...the next 2 were early playoffs and I got pushed into this vehicle that I never wanted to begin with.

I have NO doubt that they will put this black Ford F150 King Ranch 4x4 back on the lot to sell to some other sucker....just so you know fair market value on this truck is only $15k so it is way overpriced. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE JUST TOTALLY DESPERATE AND LIKE OVERPAY FOR OTHER...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! We bought a car from them and were coming to get it from Louisiana (which they were aware of) and we would be there about 30 mins after they closed but the salesman told us it was fine to go ahead and come (Due to us already going back and forth w/them for days) and he would stay a few mins after for us so we did and when we got about 15mins from the place he called and told us nevermind he was going home to his family and that we would have to rent a hotel and stay the night and just come in the morning & he would pay our hotel. We have small children so this was a real big inconvenience for us but we did & when we got there in the morning he said he'd just take the hotel cost off our car total instead of just giving our money to us. But we got past all of that and bought the car then not even a week later we had problems with the car and was told that we bought it as is so it's our responsibility. So we got past that. THEN we have our payments automatically withdrawn every month for over a year and if there ever was a problem or question they would call me. Then all of a sudden one month my payment wasn't taken out so I called and was told that someone else bought out the lot and it would be taken care of but it never was and then I never could reach anyone again and the next month rolled around and they still didn't take the payment out then woke up one morning and my car is gone! I still have yet to speak to anyone in the office! I'm now having to make a police report. Which it will most likely come back on me for them not getting my payment even though they had my account info and permission to withdraw the amount. I WOULD NOT USE THIS...
