CTown Supermarkets — Attraction in Passaic

I honestly feel disappointed by this supermarket. I moved to this city a month ago and I live across the street from that place. I've been buying there on several occasions and I really like it a lot. However, I was making video calls and sending photos to my partner so he could see the place and see if he could help me prepare a dish. However, an older, overweight man, who I always saw where they buy lottery tickets, approached me all upset and angry, pointing out that I was part of the competition and I came to take photos. He treated me very badly. I really felt very disappointed in this place. In fact, the night before, I took a friend to recommend that it's a good supermarket with a lot of variety and good prices. But now I feel disappointed. Even though I live across the street from this, I will never go back. What a bad experience...

I bought a box of tamarindo and when I opened the box all tamarindo had mold in it. Also I won't buy meat at this location, all meats look all discolored or black, Very Scary!!! And today I went by to buy lemon and again, most of the lemon in different bag have mold. This store has problems with maintaining fresh product on display or are having too much product in the store that they can't keep up with proper rotation before product goes bad to avoid selling it to customers. Your team needs to be on point and build awareness to sell only good quality products to every customer, knowing that at this location prices of products are triple the cost out of our pocket compering to others supermarkets. I come here often to get groceries because it’s the best place in walking distance. I saw they had breakfast sandwiches for lower than where I usually go so I came in one morning and it was very disorganized and crowded and they actually took two peoples orders before me and then when they finally acknowledged me they didn’t even try to get my order because I spoke English. I was pointing at what I wanted and they barely tried and even tried to make a customer translate. I felt very demoralized and even like there was prejudice because again they were taking other people before me. I won’t be coming back anytime soon and I wouldn’t advise any English speaking black peoples...
