lululemon — Attraction in Peachtree Corners

I love Lululemon and the free hemming that they offer! I usually go to another location, but the Peachtree Corners location is closer to me. I typically do not write reviews for places, but this location needs to work on their customer service! I will not name names, but multiple store managers and employees have bounced me around about my “lost” shirt I dropped off at their location a week and a half ago. One manager told me, “your shirt might have gotten lost and sent to another store,” and another told me, ” it is not lost the lady is on vacation “. That is okay, but after a week and a half of getting bounced around and having a manager tell me, “let’s calm down and no reason to be angry” was very rude for no reason. I had to call myself to pick up my shirt after a manager told me she would personally pick up he shirt. I did not feel comfortable so I went a picked up my shirt at a different location. I finally picked up my shirt and the hemming was all over the place. Sydney helped us out in the store and swapped out for a new shirt! Overall, not happy with my situation but at the end of the day the problem...

This store fired two women for calling the police after a gang of repeat shoplifters robbed their store. It is a company's corporate responsibility to call the police. When a store does NOT call the police after a crime, it affects EVERYONE and EVERY surrounding store negatively.

When a store does NOT call the police after a crime, it affects EVERYONE and EVERY store around them negatively. It indirectly funds and encourages more crime and is destructive to the surrounding community. Do NOT shop here until this company enacts positive change which does not enable and condone criminal behavior.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered a bag online. The order email said it would be held until the end of day Sunday. I called on Sunday and spoke to a store employee who said it had already been put back on Sunday morning. She said she'd cancel the order and pull one for me and hold through Monday. I showed up on Monday to get it at 11:50 a.m. The employee told me they only hold items thhough the day. I explained why this bag was being held for me since it was a store error.
