I love Lululemon and the free hemming that they offer! I usually go to another location, but the Peachtree Corners location is closer to me. I typically do not write reviews for places, but this location needs to work on their customer service! I will not name names, but multiple store managers and employees have bounced me around about my “lost” shirt I dropped off at their location a week and a half ago. One manager told me, “your shirt might have gotten lost and sent to another store,” and another told me, ” it is not lost the lady is on vacation “. That is okay, but after a week and a half of getting bounced around and having a manager tell me, “let’s calm down and no reason to be angry” was very rude for no reason. I had to call myself to pick up my shirt after a manager told me she would personally pick up he shirt. I did not feel comfortable so I went a picked up my shirt at a different location. I finally picked up my shirt and the hemming was all over the place. Sydney helped us out in the store and swapped out for a new shirt! I called on Sunday and spoke to a store employee who said it had already been put back on Sunday morning. She said she'd cancel the order and pull one for me and hold through Monday. I showed up on Monday to get it at 11:50 a.m. The employee told me they only hold items thhough the day. I explained why this bag was being held for me since it was a store error.
