Cad Customs Jewelry and Design — Attraction in Pearland

I frequent HEB in Pearland just about every week, so I’ve passed by CAD Customs Jewelry many times. One day I saw a customer being assisted and I went ahead and inquired about the price for a white gold necklace that I’ve been needing to get replated. Hiram told me the price (very reasonable) but I didn’t return to him for some time with the necklace. I felt at ease that when I did return and asked the same question that he gave me the same answer. I was very satisfied with the results for my necklace. It was like new. I then decided to get my wedding ring cleaned while I shopped (so convenient) but while struggling to take it off, Hiram mentioned if I ever needed it I could get it resized. Hiram’s professional, personable, and kind nature made me comfortable enough to trust him with something so precious so I said let’s go ahead and do it. He viewed the ring and took pictures of it under the microscope which protected both of us and gave me added peace of mind. And it was the perfect fit in the end! I must have walked by this stand a hundred times while inside HEB. It wasn't until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldn't even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). I spoke to 4 different jewelers, and they all said my ring’s design was too complicated to survive a resizing. Each told me that there was a high probability the ring would have a blemish as a result. Hiram at Cad Customs was not only able to resize my ring and replicate the design, but he also had my ring polished and ready in less than 24 hours. Meanwhile, 3 of the others said it would take 2-3 weeks. Hiram was still the fastest out of the 5 and was also the most polite and professional.
