I just had a disturbing experience in your Pembroke pines location. There were various people in line and only one cashier. Helping open dress rooms and attending to customers questions along with ringing up the customers. She appeared to be doing her best, while providing the best custimer servuce possible. At this point I had awaited 30 minutes in line. Then an employee by the name of Kenya appeared out of no where being very disrespectful to the other cashier staing the manager told her to say that. She had to answer the phone that there coukd be calls from corporate and that was more important. I was very disturb to hear this employee, as i understand management hires and corporate provide the pay check, however with out customer the company with be out of business. I didnot appreciate her attitude and her back and forth that she directed to my person. I asked for a district phone number she getted to a back room and said hold on the stated her manager would text her. How is that appropriate management texting a personal phone line over business issues. She never provided the phone number and definitely i know a corporation would not run a facility in that manner. Proper training needs to be addressed as you are supposed to pull the employee to the side and address any issues not in the manner she did loud enough for all of us in the line to hear. Thats just disrespectful and no training on proper manners. I asked for the managers name it was stated to be Catherine. Therefore, please provide proper training as the store on Pembroke pines does not appear to following proper protocol on addressing staff as it was very inappropriate. Requested a hotline to file the complaint and was told the manager will text the phone number....

I made a purchase January 27, and the employee Ailenis specifically told me I would be able to make a return for a full refund except for all items on sale and Not ending in Zero If they donāt fit. I specifically told her at the register that Ā I no longer wanted the items that had zero at the end or the sale items for this reason and I set said items to the side separate from the ones I wanted to buy. When everything was paid for, I noticed the items that I said I didnāt want in the bag and she sneaked them in the transaction. I also noticed that on the receipt it says no refunds. She LIED, and I went back inside shortly after no more than 30 minutes to tell her she didnāt take off the items ending in zero or on sale, and the fact that she told me I could return when it was not true. Instead of fixing the problem or taking accountability, she acted confused. Iāve contacted my bank, and I contacted the consumer protection department. I am not happy with the situation, the items were Bought 30 minutes prior and I couldnāt return them after a āmistakeā that SHE made. I would like a full refund back to my original payment method, and the rest in cash. That is how I paid. This is unethical and dishonest. Yes! She added clothes that I said I didnāt want and had me pay for unknowingly, this has left a sour taste in my mouth.Ā Warning to everybody thinking about shopping here, the employees are dishonest and rude, and this business should be shut down! As I went to pay for a sale item with a marked down sticker on it. The associate tells me that the sales sticker is wrong and that the item is $5.00 more. So no problem I pay it. She never once informed me that the item was final sale or about the policy and there were no signs stating that. I had purchased this same shapewear garment in my size from other stores with no problems. When I get home the garment would not go up my ankles. So I go back to return it and the manager tells me that she cannot do anything about it and gives me corporateās number. I had to call corporate numerous times and deal with people who appeared not to care. I was finally told by Francis in corporate that I would not be getting store credit or a refund because it was STORE POLICY. The only thing they could tell me was āIām so sorryā which is not good enough. Iām a shopaholic, so Iāve been to almost every mortar and brick store in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and online. Iāve dealt with several stores that have that same policy but they still managed to work something out with me to keep me as a customer. Madrag would rather loose a customer, and have negative reviews then try to make a customer happy. I will never shop here again, they lost my business. I will tell everyone about the horrible experience I had here. So now Iām stuck with a garment that doesnāt go up my ankles that I have to throw away. A total waste of money!!!
