I got my iPhone X fixed here about 6 months ago and i had no issues with the operation. However, today the screen began to malfunction. So I came back to dispute the issue which I was surprised to realize was a non issue to the technician. He kindly reassured me that they will fix the phone free of charge. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I believe the best measure of a tech related company is their ability to understand that good technology is not one dimensional and it can and will rarely have an issue or two. Therefore to make what I offer as a business more attractive I have to offer a compensation to this issue with quality customer service and reasonable means of communication, because not everyone is tech savvy. I give one star because it seems they do not want money. I call for 45 minutes I’m still on hold waiting for a customer service, I finally go out my way and drive all the way to the store still and customer service, when I finally get there you have three workers doing absolutely nothing except being on their phones, and all I wanted was a quote, and after said price was done I asked if they could beat the price of the place next door and just gave a straight no and walked away. I went in to have my iPhone 12 Pro Max battery replaced. When I went to pick up my phone, I got an alert saying I needed to finish the repair, I showed the message to the guy and he said to ignore it to just focus that the battery health was back to 100%. Turns out it’s not a real apple battery because now my phone cannot detect the battery health, my phone is now overheating when I use it. I googled the reason and it’s because it was either not installed correctly or it’s not an apple battery. Horrible !
