I am shocked to read the poor reviews below. My experiences with Elebash have been far in contrast to the 2 negative reviews below. I first became a customer of Elebash because of Gallery Night. My girlfriend at the time told me how much she liked the Pandora Charm Bracelets, so I was trying to remember where we saw it and walked in to Elebash's. I believe the first person I worked with was Patrick and he was more than helpful, he showed me exactly what I would need to get her started with a Pandora collection and pointed out some of the more popular charms and clips. Since my great experience, I have become a loyal customer of Elebash's. Over the past 3 years I have gone to Elebash's for all my jewelry needs and everyone is always very helpful, but I have always preferred to work with Patrick. When I decided to ask my wife to marry me, I went to Patrick and told him what I was looking for and even explained that I was considering purchasing a ring from an online jewelry retailer because they could offer considerable savings. He agreed, but he worked with me to find me the perfect ring, the perfect stone, and we were able to keep it within my budget. Not only that I had a short time line because I had a plan to ask my wife on Valentines Day and he was able to get the ring completed and in my hands in time for the proposal. Needless to say my wife absolutely loves her ring, and he provides free cleaning for it any time we are in the store. We ended up getting our wedding bands from Elebash's as well. Elebash’s service and attention to detail is matchless, there is no equal. They are simply one of the best and definitely the best jewelry store along the eastern border.

My experience with Elebash began approximately 12 years ago with Mr. Tripp, who has long retired but made you feel like you was his only customer in the world. He was dedicated and even more a man of integrity. Integrity is essential, although Mr. Tripp is gone the tradition continues with Patrick. I recall Patrick being a young man when I first worked with Mr.Tripp, now he is the seasoned professional that helped me finish my dream regarding my wife’s ring.

You see my heart was bigger than my pocket at the time of purchase; however I kept the dream alive and 12 years later Elebash help me find the other bands to complete the set to my wife’s wedding band. Patrick worked diligently with me even on his days off from work. His staff also worked in concert with him to ensure our needs were met. Patrick stayed in touch with Simon G to ensure the designs were to our desire and carefully stood watch over the merchandise until the diamonds and the bands returned to my wife’s finger. I was nervous about that process, but Patrick alleviated my anxiety regarding the matter with his attentiveness. Attention to detail.

When I first started talking with Lisa about getting an engagement ring, I knew she was going to be the person I wanted to work with. She was patient, personable, caring, and genuine throughout the entire process. I originally didn't know what I wanted, but she helped guide me to several beautiful options.

I later came in with more specifics, and she attempted to find something in their collection that matched what I was looking for, but in the end, we needed to build a custom ring. At that time, I was on a tight schedule, but she reassured me that the ring would be gorgeous and, most importantly, be available by the time I needed it (spoilers: she was correct!).

There was only one day that I was going to be able to stop in to get the ring, and I was worried about getting there before the store closed. But Lisa went above and beyond, and offered to meet me after hours if necessary. Luckily, that wasn't necessary, but this sentiment and each interaction I had with her just further cemented that I made the right choice in working with Lisa.

The jewelry pieces were lovely, but the customer service was absolutely top notch. I will be highly recommending Elebash's and Ms. Lisa Hayes to anyone that I know that is looking to purchase jewelry of any kind.
