So having spread some reviews on this place I was pretty excited to talk to this guy cuz I've had the stuff from my mother who passed away to thanksgivings ago on Thanksgiving Day she's terribly missed but she left some other pieces as well but these in particular were like from the ocean like Coral and stuff and I wanted to know more about it and keep in mind I didn't want to sell anything as of yet I wasn't looking for pricing I just wanted to know what exactly they were and reading reviews on this gentleman I thought it was going to be a breeze well upon arriving within the first minute he was like very reluctant to even talk to me just like just a rude button just went on and the word fate came up and then the word real with the pink core I'm in the pink coral pink coral you know setting silver he's even says that's real but it's cheap and where's this guy come up with with stuff then I pulled out the red cinebarre but this point he's already half halfway into the back room and I'm like the only person in the store too and he looked takes a glance and he says that plastic cheap plastic or something I don't know who I don't know I guess you got to be like part of his click or his organization or something part of his crowd or something for him to be nice to you or something I went about to pull out the two carat diamond I had in my pocket that I was going to get rearranged for a ring for my girlfriend I even had $100 ready to pay for an appraisal quite honestly I don't think this guy knows much about these other type of corals or stones for that matter I think he knows greed I mean diamond excuse me gold That's it it's a good thing I wasn't like some emotionally just dropped person that just lost somebody that it really loved and cared about and this guy sister and calls her stuff cheap I mean what a jerk excuse me then again I mean he should know about cheap I guess he's got a jewelry store inside of a shllll to ll grocery store which I mean just kind of tacky in mzzy opinion but not as tacky is his behavior. The trailer that actually fix my ring for my girlfriend also told me about a couple different places and I did find that necklace and it's not plastic it's cinnabarre and it's like about a $700 necklace according to that so I don't think this guy certified even if he is who cares with that kind of unprofessional ism I'd rather buy my jewelry at Walmart thanks but no thanks. one point he says I don't buy the stuff well who asked you and I didn't that was the first thing for my mind and I think my mom's Coral necklace is beautiful and it doesn't look cheap you don't even look at the stuff because you probably don't know anything about it except pink coral oh and plastic cinnabar. The old guy who works here was very rude. He didnt want to authenticate the jade he was trying to sell me and didn't even want to show me how I could authenticate it myself. Most, if not, ALL jewelry stores are open to test Gold/Diamonds for me so I could have peace of mind purchasing. I was recommended to come here and was told that this was the best Jade dealer in AZ. Bought my engagement ring here. They were very honest and didn’t gouge the price of the ring although they could have. Worth every dollar spent. They also had a warranty on the ring to where if a diamond was to fall out, they would replace it free of charge. Sure enough, one fell out. They replaced it within 6 hours, free of charge. One could argue this was just faulty craftsmanship from the start, but they fixed it for free....
