Although the building is beautiful and the stage area was festive, we were disappointed at the show we attended last night. I read the seating wrong when I picked out spots to sit. We were in the last row (M) of the middle level. These seats required several steps to reach and then several more to use the bathroom. This last row also has absolutely no room for our legs. We are tall. The other rows have more room for legs. Worse than the steps and lack of leg room was the temperature. Extremely cold air was blowing straight down on us! We had to keep our coats on and wear our hats and scarves. The people around us wore their coats and hoods I understand the need for ventilation as a COVID precaution but freezing cold air is not the answer. The vocals were hard to hear. A mixed drink was $9.00 and the white lights were blinding. However, the staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean and parking was convenient. Read moreThe recent Walter Trout show was absolutely fabulous. Walter was in blistering blazing form and his touring band of seasoned players complimented perfectly. It was a perfect night at a perfect venue.

I'll close with this: the staff at the Scottish Rite couldn't have been more professional and friendly and helpful! In a time, unfortunately, where most businesses and many employees could care less about customer service, the staff at the Scottish Rite get it. Thank you to everyone at the Scottish Rite and thank you Walter Trout - rock on brother.

Upon entry I was forced to walk down long flights of steps to a crowded bar and metch table. They herd you down like cattle and there was no where to sit. While they opened doors early, they wouldnt let you go to your seats. There is nothing on the ticket or website that said we couldnt go to our seats when they open the doors. There was no overflow area for handicap people to stage and sit. And the staff made it clear they didnt care. They have no elevators to the merchandise area even though they added a stairlift to higher floors for wheelchairs. Is that in compliance with ADA? Sadly, they never returned my message to discuss. I will stick to...
