Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Peoria

I normally order from here about once a week. But the service I got today was absolutely horrible. I will never be ordering from this location again. Perhaps from the franchise at all. My Pizza came cold, It also came with the type of crust, and the wings I ordered were naked. I had to use the extra sauce I ordered to get the flavor I had wanted.

I guess I was talking to people in an overflow call center? But that didn't help matters at all. I called numerous times to try and fix what I ordered. But after they had tried to connect me to the store locally, I was disconnected after about three or four rings in. Causing me to have to re-dial over a dozen times.

The most recent call I had done, I was finally able to talk to a supervisor, who done the same exact thing - except, she just pushed me down to someone else. Who once again, tried to call me to the store, which caused the phone to hang up.

So, here I am with cold food, plain wings, and the wrong pizza. Worked up about people who don't know anything about customer service. I urge anyone not to order from this store if you like Pizzahut. There are plenty of other options that will give you a better experience instead of being ran...

Very unhappy with my order this evening. First, I was on hold for 10 min before being able to place my order, scheduled for carry out, it was ready when I arrived however the lady grabbed the wrong ticket and thought I paid. I explained I didn't (being honest) and she said oh and realized she had the wrong ticket. The manager came to check me out and I asked why my total was different then usual. He explained it was a crust charge but I wasn't aware of the charge upon placing my order of the $1 upcharge. He did the courtesy of crediting the $1. No biggie. I paid and thanked him as he didn't have to. Upon arriving home with my two hungry and eagar kids (they love pizza n wings from PH) we opened our wings to find they had no sauce on them. I immediately called and they offered for me to come back to get them sauced but that was an inconvenience to me so they would credit me for next time instead of sending a delivery person out to make the order right. My kids and I were totally bummed...attempted to make our own wing sauce to find the wings weren't even hot or cooked through! Very...

I would very much like to change this review to a 5, based on the service I normally receive, but I was treated very rudely around 8:00pm on 9/3/21 by a girl who first of all, didn't even look at me for a good 30 seconds after I walked in. The proper service would be to do right away what she eventually did, which is to say "we'll be with you in a minute". That long after I walked in, having been ignored, I would have expected prompt help. Anyway, after I told her twice the name on my order, Romana House, she read an erroneous order back to me, which I told her didn't sound right. She then asked me "did you say Jerry or Frank". I clearly didn't appreciate the fact that she didn't come close to listening to me, she was just looking at random names on the pick up list. Then when I got a little annoyed at her incompetence, she was incredibly rude to me. This person has no business serving people. I understand you're having trouble getting people to work at your store these days, but this lousy excuse for a human is not an acceptable substitute...
