Iced Out Ice Cream — Restaurant in Peoria

The ice cream was delicious however all the staff really needs to get properly trained on food safety. We saw so many violations that can very easily be addressed and fixed if the manager was paying attention. The girls all look very pretty with their long hair but they are constantly touching it and moving it behind their shoulder with the “clean” gloves on then handling the food. This was constantly happening within the 30 min. we were there. Hair should never be free flowing around food. The cashier was handling money then hopped over to flip the fish cones without putting on gloves or washing hands. Soon after another girl came grabbed the handle to opened the fish cone maker with her “clean” gloves then handles the cones with her gloves. Another girl was making the shaved ice with gloves then on then used her phone to send text message with the same gloves then went right back to finishing the shaved ice. I hope this is addressed and taken care of asap so that we can enjoy this dessert spot that is close...

This is a great shop with great customer service. They have sample tasting for their flavors and honestly it is very delicious. My boyfriend and I passed by it and being 9 months pregnant I couldn’t resist the 3 small taiyaki were made fresh and only took a few min we had the Nutella, Strawberry and Dulce de Leche and they just seriously melt in your moth with flavor. And of course I got a soft serve and it was delicious. And for it being a small cup they really fill it up. The atmosphere was beautiful and the gentleman upfront was very helpful in taking our order and showing us what was popular. He even mentioned new flavors are to come and that they work to perfect them. I highly suggest stopping by here and honestly for everything we got it was not a bad price we feel the price matched the quality and flavor of the food definitely worth trying...

Easily the best soft serve I’ve ever had in my life!!. The fresh cones are top notch!! I saw reviews where people said the ice cream melts too fast….looked like one dude took his to-go and another person had kids that were probably playing around instead of eating🙄 aside from that, how long does it take to eat ice cream!? If you’re not on your phone the whole time you’d probably finish your ice cream before it melts! My only complaint is that the girls didn’t seem properly trained on the health code. Ultimately nothing that would get anybody sick; but I definitely expect more professionalism out of food workers (being one myself). Highly recommend and...
