Elevate Medical Aesthetics and Wellness — Attraction in Petoskey

Outstanding experience with Elevate - my aesthetician Jennifer is amazing. Saw her for a 1:30pm appointment on a Tuesday (3/26)

My first visit was August, 2023. I didn't get to post a review then so will double up now.

Appointments scheduled easily by phone, then they send a polite text message reminder before your visit.

Easy to find, right off the main strip in Petoskey. Parking right in front was easy both in the August high season, and yesterday during off season. Couple bucks in the meter - easy-peasy.

Walk in to a charming reception area (pic added) where I'm greeted by name by the reception staff, offered a choice of beverages and informed about expected timing. They are always on time. I was a few minutes early and watched as Jen's prior client came out (looking amazing I might say - she was glowing) and efficiently wrapped up with Jen (clearly a great relationship), handled payment and left.

My turn! The room is gorgeous, comfortable and calming. Treatment 'chaise' (not a chair but not a table) was well prepared - pre-warmed, option for weighted blanket and more. (2nd pic added). Jen provided a wrap, explained what to do, and gave me privacy and time to change and settle (read melt!) into the cozy chaise. I also noticed how lovely her skin was... walking proof statement!

She returned, asked several relevant questions about my skin, care regime, and what was concerning me at the moment. She remembered (had notes maybe?) several things we had discussed in August. She started my facial, explaining what she was doing, checking in on how it felt, and answering any questions I had. This woman knows her stuff. I'm a bit older, so am not current on all the latest recommendations for skin care. No worries because she does! And was patient in explaining not only what she was doing today, but how to work with which products, for which outcomes, even what time of today to use them during my real life. Also she did not push products or additional purchases during or after our session which I really appreciated.

We finished up on time (where did that hour go???). Again given space and time to redress. Paying is easy, and well priced for the quality of services received.

I truly wish that I could give Elevate Medical Aesthetics and Wellness 6 stars. They went above and beyond to not only make me comfortable as a patient but made me feel as though I am family. I'm the first to admit that the idea of aesthetics wellness was not geared towards men and something that is unnecessary; but after placing some trust in Marti Goetz, I can honestly say that I am so happy that I stopped into Elevate Medical. Elevate was not the first location I looked into; searched in Traverse City, Gaylord, Petoskey and other nearby locations and nothing compared to the atmosphere that was provided here at Elevate. Not only are you greeted with a friendly smile and a hot cup of tea, you have a staff that was willing to take additional time to answer any and every question I had. This was not a 15-30 minute appointment that felt time crunched or needed to be done for the next person. I assume if I needed 1-2 hours to discuss treatments and concerns, we would have sat and chatted to make sure there were no unknowns. I was skeptical on several treatments and shared personal opinions and real-life concerns (costs, long term affects, etc.) with the team which they alleviated each one. Marti and Jen were fantastic sources of information and I could sense their dedication to my happiness; treatment or not. I have now been to Elevate on several occasions for multiple different treatments and walk away with my head held a little higher and a sense of confidence that I haven't had in several years. As I learned from other locations and while sitting down with the Elevate Team is that each treatment is geared to the patients specific needs and wants, so GO! Go in and see the team and ask your questions. Whether you are looking into Botox, Coolsculpting or another remedy, I would not go to any other location then Elevate Medical.

I have been going to med spas for many many years. This time it was complete satisfaction! Jen, is a walking skin genius! I began with derma-planing then a chemical peel. I’m on day 7 and my skin looks very refreshed and some pore shrinkage! I’m very pleased with the results!

I then met with Dr Marti. Her wealth of knowledge is incredible! I have been getting Botox for years. This time is was different. As she noticed my brows were falling forward due to the wrong positioning of Botox. I also had been told previously to put filler in my lips and Marti said no, a lip flip is what I needed.
