54th Food Market — Attraction in Philadelphia

SELLS YOU FOOD THAT IS OVER A YEAR EXPIRED!!!

Went to make the frozen food and it was disgusting! It smelled sour and the corn was black. Turns out it was over a year expired!!

When I went back to try to tell them about it, the cashier with a smirk on her face denied that they sold it to me. Really shady business practice...

Who knows what other stuff they have in their inventory that is old that they could be selling to you. I would advise caution when shopping here.

Go to their reviews and sort by latest. Notice how there has not been any positive reviews recently. This suggests that either quality has went down the drain or ownership changed and they are riding off the tail of past reviews. 2-3 star place if you only count the past year.

Always delighted to visit my 54th Street food market! They have good food in there Deli department in the back of the store! Shelves are always kept stock up! Workers management well as owner ,are always Pleasant and respectable towards customers!( extremely hard workers) It's always crowded especially on the weekend!
