Public Ledger Building — Attraction in Philadelphia

Given the Era in which this historic building was created, I expected more luxury in the apartment conversion of thus firmer office building. However, it's nice but builder basic. Could have used some designer touches. Lax front desk security -- often not staffed and I got right in behind a tenant. No staff overseeing lobby, despite a desk.

Hard to call as voice-mail said "transferring to concierge" and disconnected after several unanswered rings. Three times.

Many stairs to main entrance; "handicapped entrance" is through back courtyard delivery entrance. Entire first floor seemed wheelchair friendly.

Nice, casual community room, small gym, business computers with good background for FaceTime.

Aside from entire first floor be8ng unstained and unsupervised, it's a well-located, historic building with reasonably priced apartments and nice community spaces.

I think the hidden leading office should be relocated to main entrance area to back up the often (or always) absent...

Stayed here on a business trip in December, and overall it was great! If you're renting a car, definitely sign up for their Valet parking to make your life easier, as parking is a nightmare otherwise.

Wanted to see what the hype was about with the largest Wawa. It is not what I was expecting. I thought it was going to be so much more but it's just a regular Wawa just in a big space. The store was very clean but the bathrooms(which you need a passcode to get into) were not very clean. I thought they were going to have fresh donuts and stuff all day but I went around 4:30pm and they only had a limited selection and weren't making anymore. I guess I was just expecting more.
