Given the Era in which this historic building was created, I expected more luxury in the apartment conversion of thus firmer office building. However, it's nice but builder basic. Could have used some designer touches. Lax front desk security -- often not staffed and I got right in behind a tenant. No staff overseeing lobby, despite a desk.
Hard to call as voice-mail said "transferring to concierge" and disconnected after several unanswered rings. Three times.
Many stairs to main entrance; "handicapped entrance" is through back courtyard delivery entrance. Entire first floor seemed wheelchair friendly.
Nice, casual community room, small gym, business computers with good background for FaceTime.
Aside from entire first floor be8ng unstained and unsupervised, it's a well-located, historic building with reasonably priced apartments and nice community spaces.
I think the hidden leading office should be relocated to main entrance area to back up the often (or always) absent...
