Brett and the team at Milner are the best jewelers in Philadelphia. He took all of the inspiration pictures my (now) fiancée found and designed the most beautiful ring imaginable. Throughout the process, he was really easy to communicate with and gave great advice. The ring is the prettiest I’ve ever seen.

The two of us first visited House of Milner Jewelers for a Diamonds 101 class with Brett and knew pretty much on the spot that he was our guy for getting an engagement ring. He gave us a ton of candid perspective on different decisions that go into choosing a diamond and designing a setting. My girlfriend had some inspiration photos of different aspects of what she was looking for, and Brett understood exactly what she wanted. We even booked a followup appointment where we increased the diamond size and shared an additional inspiration photo of a specific prong type that she had found online. After those initial meetings, Brett and I coordinated directly so that she would be surprised by the timing of the engagement. Brett also sent me 3d renderings of the ring so that I could sign off on the custom design. He and his team built the ring incredibly quickly - much faster than most jewelers would - I think it took about a month.

When I came to pick up the ring, it was the most stunning ring I’ve ever seen and was exactly everything that my now-fiancée was hoping for. He translated all of her inspiration into an absolutely stunning piece of jewelry which is totally personal to us.

During our initial search for a custom engagement ring, we met with a couple of different jewelers in Philadelphia. Brett surpassed everyone else by a mile. This was by far the best jewelry designing/purchasing experience possible, and we will certainly be back for wedding bands and future purchases. I feel really grateful to have met Brett, who is talented and just plain great...

When my partner and I decided we wanted to start engagement ring shopping, we were lucky that a friend shared Brett's information and recommended we visit House of Milner. We easily set up an appointment via text, and shared some of our ideas and preferences ahead of time.

When we arrived for our appointment, Brett was super welcoming. He had pieces ready to show us based on the preferences we had communicated via text. He knew that we had been to a few other jewelers beforehand, but he still walked us through everything we needed to know from the beginning to ensure we were all on the same page. We learned a few things that other jewelers did not point out.

Brett understood how we wanted to go through this process and made sure that we were open to discussing pricing together. This was really important to me, because, at other jewelers in the area, I was sent away when the time came to discuss prices. That was a huge turn-off to the other businesses because they knew we wanted to talk about pricing together. I really appreciated that Brett respected our wishes and treated me with respect.

Throughout our appointment, Brett took careful notes about my likes and dislikes. He asked all of the right questions to ensure that I got the ring I wanted in the end. We decided that my partner and Brett would work together to create the final product so that I could be surprised. They did such a great job, I absolutely love my ring. I am not sure that I’ll ever be able to stop staring at it!!!

Brett was absolutely amazing in repurposing my great grandmother’s antique cut stone (which is very sentimental) for my engagement ring.
