Whitman Square Shopping Center — Attraction in Philadelphia

I visited LongHorn Steakhouse on February 23rd. What a terrible experience. My boyfriend and I had not been to LongHorn in some time and realized we had not ever had one of their steaks. LongHorn was in the plaza, so we figured this was an easy decision. Ordered two Ribeye steaks, one medium and one medium well, and the Wild West Shrimp to go. My total came to $65.09. We made a couple of stops and then went home to have dinner. Both steaks were cooked incorrectly, and the shrimp were so salty that they were not edible. We literally gave half of one steak to the dog and had to throw away the rest. I contacted the restaurant and asked for a manager. I spoke with a gentleman who stated his name was Chris. He did apologize as he spoke in a monotone manner and then asked for my email to send me an e-gift card. I did receive a $35 e-gift card for a $65 meal. So we basically paid $30 for two baked sweet potatoes. We had hot sausages and a baked sweet potato for dinner that evening after we were so excited to have a steak dinner. This place as Walmart, Lowes, Michaels and Best Buy in the same mall, what more could you want except for an awesome place to eat. Buffalo Wild Wings and Longhorn are both mediocre in my opinion depending on what you are going for. Chic fil a is always a good place too! Keep in mind that with any place that is reviewed, the experiences portrayed are just one person's opinions, give them a chance to prove to your their integrity, the business could have read reviews and made strides to better themselves due to unflattering reviews.
