William Penn — Attraction in Philadelphia

When you round the corner at the Philadelphia Art Museum and begin the drive down Ben Franklin Parkway, the sight of Billy Penn beaconing you toward the majestic City Hall is indescribable the first time you experience this view. I thought I might be in France, for the architectural beauty of City Hall and the hundreds of national flags that flank the parkway, along with the other stunning buildings, museums and of course the fountains in Logan Square. The drive toward City Hall is further enhanced by the trees and flora lining the parkway, and the excitement of being in center city. We stayed across the street in a hotel that had a direct view of the hall, only feet away. Billy, and Philly, just charms...
