Chased out of the store because I had a backpack. I was going to leave it at the counter like I've done at Fascinations. At Castle Black canyon and in Deer Valley. There's 50,000 bicycle riders and many more motorcycle riders in Phoenix that might be a little kinky that might also disagree with the "store policy". Walmart tried to do it as well. There's no ARS code and I haven't done anything wrong. But...you can bring a purse can't you? That's gender bias as well.

I just left this store 2/1/19 and I purchased a collar with a leash and when she rang it up it came out to 29.99. I went to the dressing room because I left my license in there and when I came back she literally took the sticker off with the price voided the transaction, took the price off of the collar and charged me 37.99. Lol her name is jasmine or jazmine and she is a African American lady. Beware of this place and watch your back.

Good staff, very knowledgeable and certainly know how to upsell. One problem I had was when I got home, one of my items had a security tag clipped to the fabric inside the box (which explains why the theft alert went off as I was walking out) so I had to go to YouTube to find out how to remove it.

The staff working on 11/24/18 around 11:45pm were extremely rude and very unprofessional. The older lady asked if I needed help, I told her no I'm fine. Me and my friend proceeded to just walk around. I had my phone in my hand, texting as usual. I told my friend I should take a picture of a game and send it to my friend to see if he likes it for us.. The tall guy working there screamed "don't take pictures" at me. This was like 2 minutes after I told my friend about the item. I said OK but I didn't take them, as I was gonna head to the register to buy it. Then he randomly kicked us out saying his older coworker said she told us not to. Basically, she lied and he was extremely rude to us for no reason. Because of the way they both treated me & my friend, I will never shop at that unfriendly location. I will be calling above and behind on those two...

went here the other day with my gf. right away some old fat balding guy comes up to us and says, 'are you looking for something for clitoral or g-spot stimulation?', no 'hi, how are you?' or 'how is your day?'. my gf said, 'oh, we are just browsing for now.' then he gets a vibrator out of the package, turns it on, puts his hands all over it, turns it off, then puts it back in the package. really?!?! then as he has the vibrator in his hand he's telling her about the different settings.....but he just keeps staring at her and inching closer. then after he puts away the contaminated vibrator he says, 'you should get some lube. do you have lube? you should get the stimulating lube, it works really good on the clit.' that dude is a level 20 out of 10 creeper! next time we are going to go to the store close to metrocenter. less creepy people...

My husband and me tried to go in 03/27/16 night. The store was nice, clean, and everything seem good. The only bad thing is that we drove from really far from over on the west side of phoenix so that we can come in and they can tell us that i was able to go in but my husband didnt because he didnt have an ID. Now i understand is a requirement but he doesnt have one. Now come on you are going to tell me that a man that i can even say he looks 30 at this point couldnt come in... he is 24 ....my point is if you think by the looks that he looks over 18 why not let him in...but oh well it was their lost we ended up going somewhere else and buy 100$ worth of stuff...let me just say that this people lost some money and new customers because if they would of let my husband in...im pretty sure i would of come back and buy...
