DAELA Cosmetic Tattoo — Attraction in Phoenix

My experience here was awful and manipulated. From being told I couldn’t leave a review to being told it was my fault my eyebrows came out bad. I communicated what I wanted and I was not listened to. Chloe, She messed up my eyebrows and then blamed me saying my eyebrows were difficult. Chloe was argumentative and the whole group seemed to blame me.. the client. When originally I was excited to go. I saw many misshaped eyebrows that were made to match by you girls. And yet mine was a joke to you. I am still having to deal with a bad eyebrow tattoo and it doesn’t come off. I feel as if I was brushed underneath the rug. You seem to pick and choose who you want to have nice eyebrows. I waited and made a choice and I made a mistake by choosing Chloe. I just wanted what the other girls had. Matching eyebrows. A lot of people liked her not sure why I was mistreated in such way. I did like her work but after I was treated like crap and told I had to deal with mismatching eyebrows I didn’t like her anymore. I’m a women and another women decided to butcher my eyebrows. When she knows that’s important to women. I’m sorry I have to write this but I’m still upset. You don’t want to hear my opinion and that’s fine. But I was a random women inspired by your work and you butchered my eyebrows and was extremely rude to me. I only ended up getting help in the end because I had to bug them. They really didn’t care to help me. It was the most disappointing thing ever. Like why was I different? I seen a girl that had two different shaped eyebrows and they were tattooed to look the same. Weird how I couldn’t have that. And weird how they refused to help me until I bugged them. On top of that they wanted me to pay for their mistake. Like pay for the touch up. In the end they tried to say they’d take care of the touch up price but why would I go back to someone who already messed up my eyebrows? Makes no sense. They only said they’d help me if I didn’t leave a bad review. But that’s not fair to silence my voice. I will not be a victim and told to be quiet. I will speak up....

I had been following Kellee on Instagram for sometime. I admired her work. So many before/after photos of her work. Taking a client that had sparse eyebrows to a full, natural looking brow was so intriguing to me. For years I had dyed my eyebrows and most of my friends/family had no idea. As I aged, I added filling them in with a brow pencil. It was time consuming and I was just ready for something. When I consulted with Kellee, she really listened to me and heard my concerns. I felt comfortable with her. I had been saving for sometime for the cost of the procedure and decided to move forward. The day of I was a little nervous. Would it be painful, would I be happy with the results? Kellee has a soothing voice which kept me relaxed, she walked me through what she was doing. The end result, fabulous. I did fine with no numbing cream, wow, I was impressed I did so good. I could tell she was meticulous and very methodical in her routine of prepping and mapping my brows, prior to the actual makeup portion. She is very skilled at what she does. There is so much involved. To keep her hand steady and to make natural looking hair strokes, that's a skill that is honed by experience, experience, experience. My decision to move forward was not made lightly. I do not have any tattoos (not the norm I know). I'm just a simple gal, but really wanted a full brow. Now I have it. When Kellee handed me the mirror for the first look, I was really amazed that I had full natural looking brows. I feel like it changed the appearance of my eyes, making them more pronounced. My family was very impressed as well (relief to me). My best friend said how natural they look. Win win. When I wake up and see myself in the mirror, I'm so glad I made the decision to have it done.

I met Haley and Katy about 1 week ago when I went to them for nanoblading and lip blushing. Everything was so wonderful! My first contact actually began when I phoned and left a message to ask questions and get scheduled. Haley personally responded and walked me through the entire process for both procedures and then helped me get scheduled. I was thoroughly prepared prior to the procedures with excellent and detailed instructions on the website as well as during the phone consultation. Everything on the day of the treatment went just as planned and as described. I was entirely comfortable for both the brow and lip tattooing. The post procedure instructions are top notch as well. Not only do the artists review everything with you before you leave, but amazing cards with all the information are sent home with you as well, so in case you forget everything they told you, a resource is at your fingertips! You will not find people who care more about what they do than Haley and Katy. They are perfectionists within their field which is exactly what you want when people are working on your face! I’m excited to return for my touchup appointment which is provided in order to make sure everything has been done to your 100% satisfaction. Now that is amazing...
