We found MOLD in our candy after passing it out during our party.

I went back to the store to show them and to get a new bag and the girl in the front wasn’t even shocked or sorry that they gave me moldy candy and it was passed out at a party. The only thing she said is do you have the receipt, no acknowledgement of the mold on the chocolates. I even left some unopened so they could open it and see for themselves. (The expiration date is printed on the candy and was for the end of January) We didn’t have the receipt and she said there was nothing that could be done. I didn’t NEED a new bag of candy the party was over, what I expected was a caring business who were concerned about their products and their customers. One girl eventually went to the back and an “owner” said to give us our money back. They gave us $5 when the bag was around $12 we didn’t care at that point and left after arguing with the rude girls in the front.

We have come here many times but we will not buy anything from this store again. The workers are rude young girls who don’t like to work or help.

I recently purchased party favor candy bags, as I have done for a couple of years now. I always thought they were really cheap- $1.50 per bag. Staff are friendly and not rude... BUT not very helpful... well not eager to be helpful. They were more focused on there phone than the customers. Other than that... the store has great items that are hard to find in the states!
