We had a wedding here on 11/14 and what a regret. Everything that was agreed upon with the owner went out the window when he left for vacation and left his manager in charge. The language barrier was a huge issue— although the price was reasonable, the service and headache they gave us was horrendous. We showed up 45 mins early to finalize a few details and make sure everything was in place. We informed the people inside that we had two boxes and just needed help bringing one in (it was two girls asking for help) and he said “no”. I was a little shocked and asked if he said no, he can’t help us bring the box in and he reiterated that he meant no. The manager kept referring back to the contract and when we asked to see his copy of it he couldn’t seem to find it nor did he know the wedding name and the time but he memorized the contract. We asked if he could move the coffee table to the other side as it would not make sense to have coffee by the bar and dessert on the opposite side. He said he can’t move anything until his staff shows up at 7 pm..... the reception starts at 7 pm.... after tons of back and forth, we finally managed to get the table moved. They then informed us that they only had one container to hold either tea or coffee, not both when they specifically told us we would have two. Fine. You can’t change that on the day of, so we moved on. Then we asked, and I am not exaggerating, for one plastic plate for some extra dessert and his response was “no”..... I said it’s just one and we can pay for it, again “no”. Had to run around last minute to find stuff that typically a banquet hall accommodates for. I understand the price is cheap but unless you have EVERYTHING bought beforehand a la carte do not depend on them for anything, everything will be a struggle and it’s just not worth the headache. Read moreThis is definitely the place to be at if you want a fairytale event. From the moment you walk in, the place overwhelms you. It smells so good and everything is so elegant and clean. We recently had our daughter's sweet 16 here and all of our guests continue to compliment us on our event. The minute they were seated, the waiters immediately served them food and were so attentive. The bartender was very knowledgeable on all drinks requested and was so nice. Even the security guard looked so elegant with her beautiful updo. The owner walked around making sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything. The sound system and lighting of the place was amazing too. There was a part when our DJ played a song to guide our guests to their seats and it literally felt like a scene from Universal Studios. This place was amazing Alex was so great everything turned out so beautiful everything was perfect on my special day Alex made sure all the decorations were on point the servers, waitress, bartender, security everybody was so friendly and profecional. I could not have picked a better place to celebrate my wedding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Alex Was very attentive and very detailed on everything to make sure everything was perfect he went above and beyond to make my wedding extra special I can't think him enough for all his help.
