Hollywood Beauty Eyebrow Threading — Attraction in Phoenix

DO N O T COME HERE!!! Wish I could give 0 stars. An older lady (she refused to give me her name) completely messed up my eyebrows! She threaded one side so thin & completely removed my arch and left the other side thick & removed so much from the start of my eyebrows. I told her they were uneven and asked for a refund and she got so RUDE and loud in front of other customers telling me "It's your eyebrows" & "it's not her fault or her problem" then proceeded to ask the customers if they noticed a problem but they said they wanted no part of it. I told her I didn't want to argue just wanted my money back and after going back and forth she tried giving me her $7 tip but I told her I wanted it all back and she eventually gave me my money back not including the tip I gave her & she continued to shout things at me as I was walking out the door in front of the other...

When I came in to get my eyebrows threaded the girl was eating her snacks, sunflower seeds I think and proceeded to take the shells out with her hands and dug in her teeth as I was filling out my appointment. Then she directed me to my chair and was about to get ready and then I asked her if she could use hand sanitizer and she said no because it bothered her skin. But she could have at least washed her hands but she didn’t. She didn’t do a thorough job on my eyebrows because there was still unplucked hairs that were showing only a few days later. That was my last time at this place and I see now why they were empty with only one employee there and desperate for a customer…the only reason I went through with my service. Never again, do...

Sultana has always been a kinda and caring employee, while being helped by her she makes sure you are comfortable and she isn’t awkward in any way. I have gone to other places and always get my eyebrows messed up and even bleeding, something that never happens with sultana (she has a very light hand). The girls in my family have been going to her since 2020 and have followed her to every Hollywood beauty shop she moves to (sister, mom, cousins, and aunts), she is currently at this location Sundays and Mondays, last visit i had i over plucked my right brow and it was growing back unevenly and she was still able to fix my brows without leaving...
