I could not be more pleased and appreciative of the care provided by Phoenician Home Company. They are taking great care of my mom and of all the rest of us in the family involved with my mom's situation. Tamara and the Admin team stay in communication and quite genuinely offer to help 'any time' for 'any reason'. I was very impressed that the owner of the company met with us in person and even wore a coat and tie, and called my dad, 'Sir' throughout the conversation. Everyone has been very respectful and very professional ! And so importantly, the actual caregivers that spend the time with my mom are beyond delightful. They are positive and thoughtful and go out of their way to think of activities and topics of conversation that will enhance my mom's daily experience. My confidence in this entire team is a 10 out of 10. They are trained, they know what they are doing, and most of all, they take pride in doing the best job possible.
