Pathetic ever service and they just do not bother for their members. Except of machines and other things, i just come straight forward. From a month i took membership and just came 2 times before 21st December 2018. I scanned my card and straight go to lockers room. I put my backpack in a locker which bring my laptop worth 1800$, my iphone 7plus, my 1TB external hard drive as well as some cash and locked my locker with a lock and went for a gym. After about 40mins i went to my locker and shocked to see that there was no lock or a bag inside my locker. I told there staff, and asked to pull up the cameras but they denied to pull up the cameras and told me to come on 26th after long 5 days to have a look of visuals as their manager was on leave. I called 911 and cops did all their basic formalities and provide me case number and asked me to visit on 26th. Not even their security is bad but their staff is also involved in this. When i entered the gym, there were two staff members at counter and when it all happened only one female who refused to go in men locker room. If they pulled up the cameras on the same time, than we will came to know that who left the premises in that 40mins and who went to locker room and came back with my backpack or any other stuff in which he hide my bag and belongings. My laptop kept my very important data and that is also secured one. I kust wish that i got my bag back. Or i will take this caseto the court. Its a matter of security. And what a cheap service they are providing in the name of security or why the put cameras? NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone. POOR SECURITY for their members. And above all they are least bothered that they gave metime of 5 days to pull up the cameras. I just wish that they gave my bag and belongings...
Read moreUnfortunately, I’m giving the gym a 3 mainly because of the attitude of location manager Charlie. While at the gym today I did not observe any staff members cleaning the gym during my workout. Not a single one.
Now, I understand being short staffed but today there was one man at the front desk. His name is Chris and he was awesome.
During my work out today there was a member in the stretch area talking on his phone and NOT wearing a mask. This went on for about 20 minutes. No staff members to enforce gym and COVID policy.
Because of this and not observing anyone cleaning the gym I decided to call so that I could understand why this happened.
Charlie said he was aware of this and that the location is short staffed and he was interviewing applicants. I suggested that he could have possibly managed his schedule better because of failure to uphold the gyms COVID practices. I let him know that I’m addition to the guy on the cell phone not wearing a mask that a few of the cleaning stations did not have enough paper towels available and that these stations should ALWAYS be kept up with available items and this is NOT the time to become sloppy with maintaining at least the appearance and perception of adhering to health guidance.
Charlie shared very little sense of urgency. He told me it seems like you (me) just want to tell me how to run his store. This Charlie dude, lacks the empathy and concern that so many people are feeling. We want a place to workout. I want a place to workout. I also want to hold the gym employees and guests accountable for adhering to these policies just as I am. I hold myself accountable.

Read moreEver since Andrew and Ramiro left, this place has been a dump. The staff of this facility have taken a turn for the worse. They are always at the front desk talking. Using foul language with each other and even when talking to customers (even though the conversations are friendly, it is completely unprofessional and distasteful). Equipment is broken for weeks at a time. It's been over a month and two of the stairmasters are still broken. On one occasion a patron of the facility was grunting and throwing his weights all over the place, not reracking, and trying to get this other patron to max out on his weight in the rowing machine; the trainer was standing right there and didn't say a word. He was too busy chatting away with 5 other guys standing over a machine. When Andrew and Ramiro were in charge that garbage didn't fly. When Andrew and Ramiro were in charge the staff including Andrew and Ramiro were always wiping the machines down, the staff there now hardly does that. The only time I see them actually working is when the manager is around, which seems like hardly ever! The place is filthy, the locker rooms are full of trash. It is disappointing to say the least. I am waiting for the EOS to open down the street so I can switch gyms. The poor customer service and lack of attention for detail and for the rules have turned me off this facility for good. Another thing, I hardly ever see the manager or the assistant manager. Only purple shirts. I miss Andrew, Ramiro, and Jasmine.
