Preety Threading — Attraction in Phoenix

I’ve been coming here for years but after my latest experience I won’t be back. I’ll be looking for a new place. The last 5-10 times it’s been the same lady doing eyebrow threading and she is horrible. I keep coming on different days and times thinking someone else will be working and no one else but her is there. She doesn’t care at all. She acts like it’s a chore to do her job. She doesn’t do a good job at eyebrows and leaves a lot of hair. When I ask her to clean it up more she sighs and acts like it’s a big deal and then still doesn’t do it right. When checking out I had a coupon that was texted to me for 15% off but she said no she didn’t see it. I showed her very clearly the coupon and expiration date on my phone and she kept saying no. And then she said “whatever” and tried to take off 15 cents. She told me it was expired and I should have come two days before. Um the coupon clearly states the expiration date on it and it’s not passed? They used to do such a good job and I would drive 20 mins just to go there. I’m done giving them chances as long as this lady is the one working. She needs to stay at home because she certainly doesn’t seem like she wants to do a job. Find yourself somewhere else for...

Horrible experience. I went there a week ago to get my eyelashes done for my senior prom. Once Thwy were gone they looked and felt okay but after a couple hours they started to irritate. two days later I woke up with my eye burning! They were really irritating and my eyes were blood shot red. I dealt with it all day but once I got home I couldn't take it anymore I attempted to take em off and failed. I had to go to a professional to have them removed. I was in there for about two hours until the lady was able to take em off. While i was there the woman told me that the lady didn't use the glue necessary for the eyelashes. She used HAIR GLUE. The one that's used for the extensions. And told me that it could've caused great damage to my eyes. As she was working on removing them she noticed that the lady did NOT slide the eyelashes between the eyelashes. She actually glued them to MY SKIN right of my eye. Which caused my eyes to be extremely irritated. She used a ton of glue and put it on about half way of the lashes. I went to Preety Threading when it was not at all busy, but for some reason the lady who was doing my eyebrows was in such a hurry to get me out. As someone who gets their eyebrows threaded regularly, I have never felt as much pain as I did when she was threading, because she did it so harshly. Once I got in my car and actually had time to examine my brows, I noticed there was still a bunch of hair left. I went back in and she told me it was because my nails were covering my hair and I needed to hold my brows differently. As the professional, shouldn't that have been something you told me at the beginning? Was she really going to let me walk out with poor quality brows?
