I appreciate the convenience and value, but this location needs to improve its customer service.

My daughter and I have a routine. In her words, Daddy takes her to the “fun house,” and then we get a balloon. We’ve received one every time we’ve come in.

Today, I asked for a balloon and the staff told me they don’t provide them, adding—condescendingly—that I must have gotten it at another location. I have a membership here, so that comment felt dismissive and unnecessary. I would completely understand if they had run out or were busy, but instead, the front desk person made that remark and then sat texting on their phone.

I have also raised safety concerns with the front desk in the past, including tripping hazards and areas where small children could get trapped. These issues have gone unaddressed.

Additionally, the air conditioning is ineffective, and the facility overall appears to need better maintenance.

What a disaster! We bought a Groupon for this location ahead of time as was going to be in the area. We are from northern Arizona and came down to pick some things up and wanted a fun day for the family. Walked in and was greeted friendly enough but immediately after cashing out or Groupon told us that our 3 hours we purchased through Groupon could only be used for one hour as they had a public event that could only be purchased through the uptown jungle. They then told us our socks from a trampoline park with pads on the bottom were not good enough and we would have to purchase their $6 socks! I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and the shift lead he called himself said he couldn’t do refunds or discounts at all. We stayed and played for the one hour that was given to us but wasn’t the 3 that we paid for. Sad that nothing was done and no manager was ever available! My three nieces and I are on vacation here in Phx which I do not know any kids for them to play with for two weeks. The outside playground are too hot for them to play. I decided to buy membership where we can come here everyday for couple hours to burn their energy as they are 7, 5 and 2 years old with bountiful energy. It was best decision as the girls learned how to make friends, learn new stuff especially 2 years old actually learned how to play volleyball. The staff here are really awesome! 5 years old was sad that she cannot play with her older sister, one female staff actually convinced older sister to let her join with new friends and the staff also joined them to play with which I really appreciate that. Parents are really friendly and place are very clean. I definitely recommend this place! The place have television and plentiful comfortable chairs to chill while kids play and FREE WiFi!
