Area 51 Hair Design — Local services in Phoenix

I have been going to Diane at Area 51 for a little over a year now. Everyone is very nice and someone always acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. I had just above the shoulder length hair when I first started with Diane and kept going shorter until it was above the ear. The cuts were always super cute. I decided to let it grow again and it was down to just above the Shoulder again and I was bored with it so when I went in for a root touch up and cut, I asked her what she thought about me going really short again. She pointed out that I was always going back and forth so that told her I wasn't happy with the short hair so she asked me if I had ever thought about extensions. I never even considered extensions. She showed me some options and I said" LETS DO IT". We were able to find the exact color of my hair and the highlights and ordered everything. I couldn't wait to do it so I dropped by a week early just to show her some photos of me with long hair. She had an opening that came up just before I walked in for the next morning and I was so excited! I LOVE THEM! My Husband Loves them. I get complements on my hair all the time. My friends are always remarking how good they look when we get together. I've had them for 4 months now and couldn't imagine not having them. If you are thinking about it, Go See Diane. After going to several salons through the years who have not listened or told me what I wanted couldn't be achieved I was hesitant to try another salon. However, after reading Salon Izzys reviews I decided to give them a try. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had at a Salon. I came in with hair I hated from another salon and was looking for someone to fix it. Carla did my hair and not only listened but blew me away with the end result. She cared about me and my hair and really made sure I walked out with something that made me happy and with what other salons told me was impossible! The moment I walked into the salon, I felt relaxed and positive. Izzy came out and said hi, saw my hair and didn't flinch. He listened to me about my routine, about what changes I wanted to make, and asked good follow-up questions to make sure we were on the same page. I believe he was genuinely excited about delving into the challenge! I know I was- I could tell I was in good hands. He treated me and my hair (especially my curls) with respect.
