Walking into Aioli Burgers, one is immediately struck by the vibrant atmosphere that promises more than just a dining experience—it offers an encounter with culinary creativity. From the warm greeting by the exceptionally friendly staff to the meticulously crafted ambiance, every element sets the stage for a memorable meal.
The star of the show, without a doubt, is the California Aioli Burger. This isn’t just any burger; it’s a symphony of flavors and textures. The patty, succulent and perfectly cooked, offers a rich, meaty foundation that’s elevated by the innovative toppings. The addition of a perfectly fried egg introduces a creamy richness that beautifully complements the freshness of the avocado. The burger achieves a balance between hearty indulgence and refreshing notes, making each bite a discovery.
But what’s a gourmet burger without a fitting accompaniment? The Cream and Cookies Shake is not just a drink; it’s a decadent dessert that’s both a nod to classic flavors and a testament to the chef’s creativity. Rich, creamy, and dotted with chunks of cookies, it’s the perfect counterpoint to the savory burger, offering a sweet finish to the meal.
The ambiance of Aioli Burgers deserves its own accolades. It’s clear that careful thought has been put into creating an environment that’s both welcoming and stylish, making diners feel at ease while adding an element of excitement to the meal. The interior design, with its comfortable seating and tasteful decor, complements the culinary experience, making every visit feel special.
In every aspect, Aioli Burgers excels. From the innovative menu that turns familiar dishes into remarkable culinary creations to the attentive service and delightful ambiance, it’s a place that not only satisfies your hunger but also feeds your soul. For those in search of a burger that’s a cut above the rest, paired with a shake that could easily steal the spotlight, this is the destination. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Aioli Burgers—prepare to be impressed and to leave planning...
Read moreThis was my first time ordering from Aiolis and I am definitely not impressed. In fact, I would go so far as to say I am deeply disappointed. I should have listened to the negative reviews.
I ordered the Aioli Burger with onion rings, french fries, and a strawberry milkshake. The burger was probably one of the lower end, worse burgers that I've ever had. The meat itself is not seasoned at all and is extremely bland. I don't even think that they salt it, to be honest. They forgot the mushrooms, and the lettuce is nothing at all like the picture. I received a single thin piece of lettuce that was very wilted very dark almost like a dark blackish color. So it was old and inedible. Horrible.
The onion rings however were among the best I've ever had. They were thick and big and had a very good flavor. I would definitely order these onion rings again. The fries were just okay. They were very limp and mushy and a bit cold. But they did have a good flavor.
The strawberry milkshake leaves much to be desired. It tastes very much like a fake strawberry flavor. I would not order this again. They also put sprinkles all over the top of it which might look nice but I don't eat synthetic food dyes because of how toxic and poisonous they are so I had to pick all those out.
I will definitely not be ordering from here again.
Update - I just spoke with the manager of this establishment who told me that for their milkshakes, they actually use a synthetic strawberry syrup that contains high fructose corn syrup. I'm shocked and horrified. If I had known this I would never have ordered this milkshake. My heart is racing right now as my body always reacts horribly to that ingredient. I always stay away from high fructose corn syrup and I never would have ordered this if I had known. He also told me that the hamburger meat patties that they order come pre-presses as patties. They don't even make their own burger patties from actual ground beef.
I definitely do not recommend ever eating at this place. Horrible experience with horrible...
Read moreWe had a great meal at the 32nd st location. We had dinner on January 26, 2024 for my daughters birthday. The young man who was working the front was amazing. I saw him running around making sure everyone was taken care of. He communicated clearly with all his guests, when we ordered he immediately let me know they were going to take more then normal time to get our food, we appreciated the heads up. He did not stop at all the entire time we were there, it was a busy friday night. He was great and we kept commenting how great of a worker he was, and how well he was handling the stress of a busy shift. Well a few minutes before we left we saw him go back into what I assume was an office and come back with, who I'm guessing was a manager. We were mad for this young man. He had been running around all night providing great service and manager was in the back the entire time? Why wasn't she helping him? My husband is a restaurant GM, we both worked in restaurants as staff and management and would never have done that to an employee. The manager helped him with a gift card and then said you need to clean these tables. We had seen him pick things up on his trips back to the kitchen, he had full hands all the time, and she had no clue how busy he'd been but was quick to let him know he had fallen short. We left frustrated for him, and frustrated that a manager would choose to not help and leave customers to wait longer then necessary, or at the very least clean the tables sooner so people had choices in where to sit. I give 3 stars because of the manager, the young man who helped us deserves more then 5 stars. But with management like that I'd be surprised if he stuck around to provide that service. It's hard to find great workers these days, you've certainly found one in him, it would be a shame to lose him because your manager...
