I really liked View 32 when I first moved in back in 2022, the old management was really really helpful and friendly. And the maintenance team, old and new, is above and beyond. I donāt think Iāll ever forget the amazing view I had from my little studio, I loved it a lot.
The relationship with the complex went sour when I was moving out though, donāt get tricked by the 60-day move out notice. Thereās a form that the property sends you that you have to sign and make sure you explicitly state that you are moving out of the complex, on top of you not resigning your lease. These corporate lackeys like it when you leave that part out so that they assume youāre going month-to-month, I donāt know what common sense is lacking to assume that without someone actually saying it. I pretty much lost my $1600 security deposit (I didnāt have a credit card when I applied, the deposit probably isnāt that much usually) because I didnāt explicitly state that I was moving to another complex, I just said I wasnāt resigning. And of course some move out costs after living there for two years with two small repairs.
I was a resident that never missed a rent payment or appliance bill and pretty never really called maintenance. Even went as far to try and get three people to move there just to help the complex populate a little more, but nice life lesson is business is business and corporate living doesnāt care about you even if youāre a good tenant.
Anyways, the actual living experience was nice until they raised rent too much for what the unit is actually worth. As of now (March 3, 2025), there are 5 available studio units that just proves the point that they are overcharging now, including my old unit that I left three months ago.
Would recommend the place if they get rid of attitude in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe apartment & location are attractive, but trust me save yourself the headache. They are owned by ConAm, so stay away from all their properties. I ignored the bad reviews about how they don't see you as a human and I regret it. They have policies that are very black and white. They do not take into consideration your individual circumstances. I'm a student who had an offer letter from my company making plenty of money to cover the rent. But they have a policy that the offer letter can't have contingencies, which does not make sense because most jobs require things like background checks as contingencies. I filled out my application at the leasing office and I was told by Amber Bishop they would accept my offer letter. Amber didn't tell me of the requirements for the offer letter and it was not on their "Rental and Occupancy Criteria Guidelines."
The second policy they have is that your bank account balance gets taken as income and needs to be multiplied by 2.5 the rent. That meant for a $1,478 apartment I would need a balance of around 45k in my account! That's insane not even for a house is that a requirement! (45k because $1478 * 2.5 * 12 months) I'm a student, so my bank account balance and last year's W2s would not qualify me.
Lastly, when I showed up for a tour, Amber Bishop was lazy. I had to ask her for a tour. When on the tour, she barely explained the amenities. She didn't even consider to take me to the pool area to show me. They advertise the dog washing station so much, I didn't even get to see it.
Huge waste of time and I lost $53. I wish they at least gave me my money back. Thankfully I signed with another apartment complex with way...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I first toured this community, it seemed like a beautiful and well-kept place to live, but the reality has been disappointing.. The manager and leasing consultant who were here when I signed back in July were amazing, responsive, professional, and genuinely communicative. Unfortunately, both have since left, and things have gone downhill since then. For how much we pay to live here, the property just isnāt maintained to the standard youād expect.
Thereās often dog waste left around the community including inside the stairwells. In addition, several residents have untrained Frenchies that can be rough with dogs if youāre not watching closely. The elevators are frequently dirty and have an unpleasant smell, and one even shakes while in use. The pool is often cloudy and unclean, and it was closed for over a week on some of the hottest days this summer. Donāt even get me started on the hot tub. Also, the walls are paper thin! If you have an upstairs neighbor, you can literally track where they are in their apartment at all times.
In conclusion, my overall experience here has been below average. Managementās primary response to resident concerns seems to be brushing them off rather than resolving them. Clear, proactive communication is essential in apartment communities ā this is our home, not just another property on a spreadsheet. Having worked in property management on and off for 10 years, I can confidently say this community would greatly benefit from new staffing, stronger leadership, and a renewed focus on resident...
