Zipps is a neighborhood spot that offers both quality food and a welcoming environment , making it a place worth returning to. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt lively yet comfortable, with friendly staff ready to greet us and plenty of seating options to choose from. The food itself was excellent. Everything we ordered came out hot , fresh, and clearly made to order, which really set the tone for the meal. I appreciated that the flavors felt authentic and not mass-produced . Our server added to the experience by being both warm and attentive. She made a personal connection since we were celebrating a birthday, kept drinks refilled, and checked in often to ensure our food was prepared correctly and that we had everything we needed . That level of hospitality truly stood out. In terms of value, Zipps is hard to beat . The portions are generous , the menu offers a wide range of options, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality and freshness of the food. It's a place where you feel like you're getting more than what you paid for, which is always appreciated. The overall atmosphere adds even more to experience. The outdoor seating is comfortable and inviting, with plenty of TV screens for sports fans to enjoy their favorite games. Inside , there's a small arcade area that adds fun, family -friend element, making it easy to bring kids along while still enjoying a meal with friends or coworkers. The only small area for improvement I noticed was table clearing. When we first arrives, several tables still had cups and plates left behind. Seemed as if they could use an extra attendant to clean tables after service. Overall Zipps delivers great food excellent service and a relaxed enjoyable setting....

This is our local Zipps and we've been coming here since they've opened. It's the perfect place to watch any game your heart desires. They have sooooo many tv's, you'll have at least one tv in front of you! Sometimes the tv I'm in front of won't have the game I want to watch and I've never had a problem with them changing it for me, as long as someone else isn't watching that specific tv. For Sunday football they have the tv's labeled with which games are going to be on specific tv's which I think it genius!

The staff is always super friendly. Just like most places these past couple years, they have struggled with staffing so sometimes service runs a little slower then normal.

Our visit last night was great. It was Friday night so we expected it to be busy. We had to wait about 15 mins to be seated. Once we got seated, the server greeted us within 5 mins and took our drink order. I always go with the Zipparita, Mary Jane style. Since we're always there to watch a game we start off with appetizers. Yesterday we got the Beer Cheese Pretzels, Nachos and Chicken Skewers. This was the first time I've ordered the nachos and I was a little disappointed. Even my son said, "Hey this is how I make nachos at home!". He's 13. They were just chips with cheese melted on top. Everything else was delicious! For dinner I ordered the wings, Buffalo medium. The table also got pizza and a cheese burger. Everything came out hot and delicious.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is a necessary evil. I experienced some of the worst service i've ever had today. When we sat down, we ordered drinks and we received those pretty quickly, then ordered some wings. We were sat next to the kitchen where you can see the food coming out and sitting under heat lamps. After about 15 minutes, we saw our wings come out. But we did not receive them until at least half an hour later. They were dry, the ranch had a strange greenish film on it, and they were not even hot anymore. When our server, Erin, dropped them off, we asked to order our main dishes and she just quickly stated 'Hold on I'll be right back' and ran off. 15 minutes later and she still wasn't back.

I understand that they were clearly understaffed, but we watched two tables walk in after us, and they had received appetizers and their meals before our wings were even brought to the table. We were there for almost an hour and a half and hadn't even had the chance to order!! Instead of waiting anymore, we got the check and left.

I hope they hire some servers who have more experience and can handle working under pressure more effectively. Otherwise, this place will continue to go downhill. I usually just get drinks at Zipps and now i know why. Incredibly disappointing service and gross food... I...
