This company does not get one star, they get 0 star. Absolutely do not use this florist. I am perturb and in tears. They did not send the arrangement that I picked. They substituted the flowers, because they did not have them. I paid for a specific arrangement and I expect to get what I paid for. The person on the phone told me white roses were not sent which was in the original arrangement, because they did not have closed ones as I asked. They sent pink tip roses and the design had ferns that wasnt in the original arrangement. They made that arrangement with what they had on hand. The arrangement was changed. If it was going to be changed why didn't you call me? I am now back in town and see the flowers first hand and not via picture. Are you kidding me the arrangement looks better in pictures. I want my money back or the arrangement I paid for. Shame on you! Very unpleased with you company. It's my mom's 80th birthday!

Well I spoke to the manager and she was proffessional and polite. She said she wasn't there and would speak to the designer. What a breath of fresh air. It's small family shop, they're really nice and friendly too. They make me want to come back all the time. I like supporting small shops!

Some tips for the new folks. For delivery, same-day cutoff is at 2 pm Just know their minimum for delivery is $40 with $10 for delivery in Orlando. Outside of that, it's $17 or $20 depending on the situation. Ask about their delivery procedure as well, it helped ease my mind to know how they handle the delivery if my friends aren't there like mine were.

If you want pictures to look at, check their website. In-store they have picture books as well. But I like the designer's choice arrangement because it goes with the latest seasonal flowers in an array of colors and much more worthwhile in comparison to the formulaic floral designs from the site. Flower substitution is quite possible with the formula ones, but I'm never picky. Love them either way.

Call ahead if you want to pick up something. They don't have many arrangements outside to grab-and-go most days, they don't have the space for that. You might have to wait 20-25 minutes for a fresh arrangement but it's worth it. Just tell them your budget, what colors or flowers you want. Great experience with this florist. Called them to send flowers to a co-worker's family funeral. Using their website, I chose the bouquet we desired and then called them to order. The lady on the phone was very accommodating, taking my order and acknowledging my veteran status giving me a little upgrade. She took down all my information with precision and sent me updates though my email, along with a picture of the flowers as well as delivery status. The funeral bouquet was delivered with quality and care arriving as all the guests were arriving to the church making a good impact. Our co-worker was extremely happy and moved that we could do that for him in his time of grief. I don't live in Orlando, but having a well laid out website and phone team really made my job easy ordering these flowers.
