I will say Joesph Baba & his wife, are nothing but professional, knowledgeable, patient & respectful to say the least. Trust ! it shows in their wonderful staff at BotanicaCandlesandmore store, staff is always attentive ( my experience has always been over the phone - from NY) they respond as quickly as they can, if they don't have the answer to a question, rest a sure they will call you back with one promptly.
