I went to see Sharon because I believed her 5 star status and her ig page. Wow was I in for a ride of my life. I had just finished several laser eyebrow tattoo removal sessions and was ready for a new set of brows the brows of my dreams. She did the ugliest brows ever even worse than the first set I had lasered off. I expressed my dissatisfaction and she knew I was not happy. I texted her about 3 hours later letting her know I would be getting emergency removal. Shortly after, she texted me and offered a refund. Within 5 hours of leaving her place I got them emergency removed by another artist who didn’t know how to properly do the emergency technique used needles machine to reopen my skin and now I had to visit a dr due to developing eye cellulitis can barely open my eye is extremely swollen/bulging almost shut closed, cannot move eye to the sides and had to be prescribed an antibiotic and steroid. All of this could had been prevented if Sharon would had done a good eyebrow job to begin with. Sharon had asked me if there was anything she can do to correct the situation and I told her she should cover half the cost of the emergency removal cost I paid $230 that I shouldn't be responsible for the removal had Sharon done a good job. Then Sharon says she could had removed them for free. She never mentioned removing them for me when I told her I needed them emergency removed. She only mentioned removing them for me after I already had gone to remove them and asked her to at least cover half the fee(a day later is when she offered not prior to me going to remove them) which half the fee is more than fair in my opinion considering she is the one that caused this mess to begin with. I would still need more removal sessions and who knows if laser too. So if you want to have ugly brows she's you girl and know if something goes wrong she won't be there to make things right. I am paying out of pocket to have my eyebrows removed, see a doctor, medications all of this right before a very important life event that I am probably gonna have to miss out and would never get back this one time life event. All this emotional trauma and physical pain and the financial toll. All this ride thanks to my new set of ugly crappy brows and believing the hype 5 stars. It's been a weekend of hel literally. Sharing my experience in hopes to save someone the traumatic experience I am currently undergoing. If you have ever been on the fence about getting permanent makeup, make the leap and go see Sharon. She is amazing at what she does. I had my brows done as well as had my touch up at my 8-week mark, and both times were fantastic! Sit tight, its a long review.

TLDR: Sharon is amazing, my brows are amazing! I love not having to fill in my brows :)

My first visit, Sharon made sure that I was educated on the process and the pain (or lack thereof), and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before moving forward.

The process of drawing and measuring took about 2 hours, which sounds long, but when you see the detail and perfection that Sharon puts into creating your prefect shape, it is so worth it! There is no way that she is moving forward without you being absolutely happy with the plan, and that's how you know that she is legit an artist at what she does.

The process of actually filling in the brows is methodical and precise. The pain level is minimal, but you get a topical numbing cream after the first pass to minimize it more.

At the end of the session, my face made a transformation just because my brows looked amazing; I looked amazing!

Taking care of your brows is a breeze as long as you read the directions and now what to expect. They will lighten 3-5 times so will not be as dark as when you walk out of your session.

For my touch up, we just needed small refinements to make the brows pop again, and to get some areas that didn't quite take. But that doesn't stop Sharon from taking the same care she does at the initial session. She will always make sure that you are comfortable and happy. Your brows will last for YEARS after your touch up.

Omggg! I am obsessed with my brows. I cannot say enough about Sharon. She knows her stuff. I was a bit nervous because I had done something similar like this before with someone else and it didn’t turn out the way I planned. When I reached out to her she was very honest and let me know what she could do and told me what to expect upfront. She was up for the challenge to do her work over someone else’s work. Her studio is so comfortable and clean. She is so sweet and very very professional. She took an hour alone just to measure. Meaning she doesn’t play and she will not continue the process until the design and measurements are perfect. To me, that is a great sign ! You need someone that will be really picky because after all these are our brows ladies! My brows came out so good! The shape and color is on point. Plus she sends you home with a great after care kit and explains everything to you thoroughly. If you’re looking at the price and thinking it’s too expense, well you get what you pay for.
