If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I can’t believe this place has been hiding under my nose all these years! Literally the same plaza I go to for my nails and pharmacy!

I recently got engaged and the retailer my fiancé bought my ring from does not offer ring resizing on site. Although included, we would have had to drop it off at the show room, had it mailed out and wait for it to be shipped back within 4-6 weeks. I just did not feel comfortable with that process and wanted to explore some other local options if possible.

I called Turley and spoke with Juan, who was beyond helpful.I went in when they opened Saturday morning (a few days after I called) and Juan was there. He remembered speaking with me and went over my ring resizing. Not only was the price beyond reasonable he said it would be ready that same day! I left to run some errands, grab lunch and before I knew it he was calling me that my ring was ready!..literally within 2 hours!

I went to pick it up and it fit like a glove! It was also cleaned and polished! Juan also answered all my questions I had in regards to upkeep and he made sure I knew they offered complimentary ring cleanings. I also love that everything is done there on site!

I have been taking jewelery to Turley jeweler's for about 6 years after it was highly recommended by multiple people. The atmosphere is so inviting- the room is open so you can enjoy browsing the beautiful display cases . I havent purchased jewelry yet but have had my eye on a necklace that's so unique I havent seen anything like it . When it comes to repairs they are done in house with care and love . I always get my jewelery back better than I left it with a little extra sparkle . Before Turley I went to 2 other jeweler's to fixing replace a sapphire on my wedding band and each gave me a high price and told me they could do it but the sapphire wouldn't match . I finally asked around and Went toTurley where they replaced the saphhire with one that matched perfectly and for a reasonable price. The staff have always been so wonderful and friendly with quick turn around times. I recommended Turley to everyone looking for repairs and just sent a family friend to help him find "the ring" . I can't give high enough praise for all the wonderful experiences and care that goes into each peice of jewelery that walks out . I would give them 100 stars...

I have used Turley Jewelers for all of my watch and jewelry needs for more than 15 years now. I am a collector of fine watches and stopped by at one point to see what they had in pre-owned ones. After speaking with the service representative I was impressed with their knowledge and honesty about their stock. I left that day with a watch and have been back many times to add to my collection. They not only sell me watches but keep my entire collection in working order. My entire family has used them for all of their jewelry needs. Three of my kids bought wedding rings from them and all of their wife's got what they felt was the perfect ring set for them. One of my daughter in-laws need to have s ring made to use a stone that belonged to her Grandmother. They took the time to find a perfect match to the stone and paired it with the perfect setting. I also have gotten special occisocc gifts from them such as a 40th anniversary necklace for my wife. Everyone was perfect and became a most treasured gift.
