Daddy's Smoke Shop — Attraction in Pinellas Park

Today 12/11/23 I have visited the store for the vape brand RAZ that I have purchased 2 days ago from The Good Life Smoke Shop in Pinellas. Unfortunately, the product failed to charge and ceased functioning just after two days of use. Eager to resolve the issue, I returned to the store, expecting a standard exchange or repair service.

However, the response I received from the staff was deeply unsatisfactory. The employee, rather than attempting to diagnose the problem or consider an exchange, suggested recycling my faulty vape and purchasing a new one. This approach not only disregarded basic consumer rights but also showed a lack of interest in ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a regular customer who buys 2-3 vapes monthly, I am disappointed by this lack of customer-centric service. The unwillingness to even test the product's charging capability was a clear sign of disinterest. This experience has unfortunately led me to decide against continuing my business with The Good Life Smoke Shop.

Quality customer service is crucial, and in this instance, it was markedly absent. It's regrettable that a simple and fair solution wasn't offered, as it would have maintained our consumer...

Thought I was doing a good thing, my wife's batteries were acting up on her tank, so bought her the nifty new mod RPM80 from this store for $60 came back several days later and bought her a second one. The second one had different coils and when she took it back to him to find out why, he said he never sold that one. She asked for coils and he tried to send her down to the 4th Street store. Also the RPM80 PRO can be bought on Amazon or through the smok company itself for about $20 cheaper, so we won't be returning there anytime soon. ...

From 5 stars to 1... You know it's one thing for clearance vapes to not work, or be leaking in the box.... But when I say screw it and buy one of your most expensive Vapes, I'd expect it to not be leaking..

Not everyone has the time to open up all the Vapes they buy to ensure they aren't leaking... Or maybe some people like to not open all their Vapes at one time. .. if your someone like this, DO NOT COME HERE!

I used to buy from here every week, looks like I'll be searching...
