Adriana is very knowledgeable, and honest about the various insurance offerings by State Farm. She gave us very well thought out guidance when it came time to choosing our limits for auto insurance and explained to us the nuances about life insurances, including which ones are worth it. She also explained very well how insurance needs change over time and I continue to keep her lessons in mind years later. When we bought our house, Adriana was very helpful in suggesting what kinds of policy items we needed to include when we were shopping for our policy. Even though our current insurance ended up beating State Farm on price when it came to home and auto, Adriana was gracious enough to help answer our questions over the years.

The "Account Manager" and Maria who work in the office are fundamentally dishonest. Maria told 2 straight-up, bald-faced lies about me, right to me, over the phone. I couldn't believe their fundamental dishonesty and blame-the-customer attitude. I have a call scheduled with the agent next week. If the agent is anything like the "Account Manager" and/or Maria, I'd stay far away from this office.
