Currently, Station Square is under renovation. Stores are still open but some entrances might be closed to vehicular traffic. I've seen the rendering for the updated Station Square and it is going to be magnificent. So, what's open now? Hard Rock cafe, Segways tours, Gateway Clipper River boat tours, the lovely candy and ice cream store, Melting Pot etc. The fountain is up and spraying to the timing of great music, so you can still bring the kids to get splashed by the water spraying from the fountain. Whenever the remodeling is completed I'll have to come back and revisit my review. Want to update that Ducky Tours will no longer operate in Pittsburgh Station Square. Not sure if they will ever come back at all. Additionally, the fountain is now under renovation. So, as of 6/25/2019 the fountain at Station Square is longer working. I'll update whenever the renovation is completed and will also add pictures. Hard Rock Cafe outdoor seating is still there, you'll be looking at the fountain construction, but at least you'll be outside. Joe Crab Shack is still open and also offers patio seating. Texas Steakhouse is also open with pato seating too. They also offer lunch on Fridays. There is still adequate parking. The parking garage is the closest and of course will cost you the most. But there are about three other lots including one across the street kinda under the Wabash Tunnel off/on ramp. Which is basically a quick walk across the street to the heart of Station Square. I'm excited for the updated Station Square! Especially since they are also attempting to keep the authenticity of what made Station Square Station Square. 2022: The fountain is back! Open and ready to soak everyone that dares to come close. The water jets are set to music and there us always a big crescendo at the end!

Was at the Grand Concourse in Station Square for Birthday Dinner with Daughter. This place has always been a family favorite. A lovely space inside and out of this historic train station. It carries a fine dining ambiance with great service. Our server Moses was on top of his job and paid special attention to details of the birthday dinner. We have a few favorites that we order all of the time. The Charlie's Chowder and the Calimari with Sweet peppers were truly Delightful. Making the online reservations, we requested Oysters Rockefeller, which are not on the menu, yet sure enough, the CHEF prepared them with NO PROBLEM!!! THE GRAND CONCOURSE STATION SQUARE SOUTHSIDE OF PITTSBURGH Still the UNDEFEATED CHAMP 🏆

It’s one of Pittsburgh’s facelifts that has remarkably revitalized the riverbanks 😎😎😎😎😎. It’s the location of several restaurants and business offices. It is also the docking area of several riverboats. Google Maps has unfortunately mislabeled this place a shopping mall. It is a business complex that is very popular to locals and visitors. Close Views of Pittsburgh skyline are easy and pleasing to eye. There’s a viewing platform to enjoy the panorama There’s a dancing fountain that is draw for little kids😎😎😎. There’s also historical pieces from steel mills that used to occupy the place. A very good place to visit.

Tupelo Honey has great servers like Janais, who took care of us tonight! Food us great too! The hostesses care more about gossiping than seating people and gave us a 3 hour wait time but we were seated in 20 mins. (Don't let them play you). The shrimp n grits is worth it, very flavorful, the fried chicken is a little dry. The fried green tomatoes were good, served over polenta but you can ask for a dlsude of ranch. Their homemade ranch is delicious! Their pot roast is so tender and delicious its ridiculous! Desserts are super tiny, dint bother, but if you like boozy coffee try one thet are great!!

Nearly all the businesses are gone. Just some restaurants remain. The fountain makes for a nice display. The view of the city from there is still nice. But there's really no point in going there now. For what, Joe's Crab Shack? Hard Rock Cafe? The Pittsburgh Sports stores are gone. That whole mall is empty except for a bar and a restaurant. And The Incline is shut down for months for maintenance. They still charge you to park though (not sure what for.). The Grand Concourse is still a gem and worth at least walking through.
