Placer Village Apartments — Attraction in Placerville

We’ve been living in this beautiful four-bedroom, two-story apartment for almost four months now, and we absolutely love it! The apartment is spacious and perfect for our family, and the rent of $1677 is very reasonable for the area. Our kids enjoy the large outdoor space where they can play, ride bikes, and scooter around safely. It’s a very family-friendly environment. Another exciting feature is that the pool will open in May, which we’re really looking forward to. The location is also fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to Raley’s supermarket in one direction and an 8-minute walk to the library in the other. I also want to highlight the amazing apartment manager, who has been fantastic! She is always responsive, answers all our questions promptly, and ensures any issues are quickly resolved.
