Card reader wasn't working. Ok. That happens. However, when you take the time to place a sign on the card reader telling your customers that if the card reader doesn't work for your chip or swipe that you need to run to the ATM and get cash to pay for your merchandise is very unprofessional and piss poor customer service. I would think that Al would want his card reader fixed at his store rather than losing numerous transactions because they can't simply follow up and have the card reader fixed or replaced. Lost a couple hundred dollar purchase from me today and obviously I'm not the only one. Instead of trying to come up with a resolution and have it repaired they tell customers such as myself that they will suspend your order while you run to your bank and withdraw cash to come back and pay them. I fought and fought and try to stick up for meijer's prices but as soon as I got there I was sadly mistaken. Meijers nor Walmart or any other retailer especially a regular Petco or pet company has these type of prices! Nor deals nor do they offer some of the foods (for dogs-french bulldogs to b exact) my dogs need that must either be ordered online @ extremely high prices.

Definitely recommend it and I was able to fill up and had to find more space in fact for the quantity I was able to buy for such an affordable price! Thank you all

They also offer different types of shopping carts for your.... quantifical needs- kind of like how home Depot has the carts if you're getting wood, they have the same sort of carts among others for bigger purchases they are also...

The last time I came to family farm and home I got really upset. I went to look for baby chicks ducks. They did have them and they were priced well. my problem was there was no water in those pens with those warming lights on and what water I could find had nothing but chips in it. When I told the people up front about what I had seen she said she take care of it. I waited around I didn't see anyone take care of it. So I left the store. But I came back couple hours later. There was still no water in those pens that were clean for drinking. I understand being busy however they weren't busy when I was in there. There was only a couple of customers and that was including myself. I won't go back that bothered me seeing those...
