CRG Event Center — Attraction in Plainfield

We met with Kim when we were looking at venues and instantly hit it off. Her personality is great and during the whole wedding planning process, she kept reminding us to step back, breathe, and enjoy everything. For some reason, it was only whenever she would say that, we would stop stressing! We didn't meet Ali until later on in our planning process, but she was amazing as well! Both Kim and Ali were great to work with. Any emails we sent with questions or concerns got responses within 24 hours. Our day would not have gone as smoothly if it wasn't for them. They both have amazing ideas and have seen enough events/weddings to know if something is going to work or not and give suggestions on how to make things even better. CRG Event Center is a great space with a great view (those windows though!) and Kim and Ali definitely know what they are doing. Would recommend to anyone planning an event or wedding to check out CRG...

We recently celebrated my 30th wedding anniversary at CRG event center and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The space was absolutely beautiful — elegant, inviting, and the perfect setting for such a special milestone.

A huge thank you to the Lindsay Proudfoot who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the planning process. Every detail was handled with care, and it really showed on the day of the event.

Our family and friends couldn’t stop talking about how lovely everything was. I’m so grateful to Lindsay and CRG for helping make our 30th anniversary celebration so special!

This was an amazing place to have my wedding reception. (If you look at Marquita Harold's review, some of those photos are from my wedding) The event manager, Kim Whinrey, was soooo amazing to work with. She was there for most of the reception to help keep things running smoothly and she was in contact with my vendors to help move things along. My husband and I were especially excited about this place because they already had a dance floor! Also, we didn't even need to decorate the space because it already looked so great. I was a little wary about looking out the windows to see the rest of the mall but at night, the neon lights added an interesting touch and I totally forgot we were even...
